قدمت الفنانة المصرية شيرين عبدالوهاب بلاغًا رسمياً اتهمت من خلاله طليقها حسام حبيب، بالتشهير والإساءة إليها والتجاوزات في حقها من خلال تصريحات تلفزيونية أدلى بها سابقاً.
واتهمت الفنانة المصرية حبيب بتوجيه كلمات مسيئة إليها في تصريحاته الأخيرة، عندما قال في إحدى المقابلات التلفزيونية: «شيرين لو هي صوت مصر، أنا هغير جنسيتي»، ما تسبب لها في أضرار نفسية ومعنوية شديدة.
اعتبرت شيرين هذه التصريحات مسيئة للغاية، وأدت إلى إصابتها بأضرار نفسية ومعنوية، حيث تأثرت بشكل كبير بتلك الكلمات التي تمثل تشهيرًا بشخصيتها الفنية والإنسانية على حد سواء.
ووجهت الجهات المختصة بإحالة البلاغ إلى النيابة العامة لفحص أسبابه والاستماع لأقوال الطرفين، وجارٍ اتخاذ جميع الإجراءات القانونية حيال الواقعة.
وقال محامي الفنانة المصرية ياسر قنطوش، تقدمت شيرين في مارس الماضي، ببلاغ ضد طليقها الفنان حسام حبيب، إثر تصريحاته المسيئة لها في أحد البرامج الرمضانية، ما تسبب لها في ضرر نفسي ومعنوي.
The Egyptian artist Sherine Abdel Wahab filed an official complaint in which she accused her ex-husband Hossam Habib of defamation, abuse, and violations against her through television statements he made previously.
The Egyptian artist accused Habib of making offensive remarks about her in his recent statements when he said in one of the television interviews: "If Sherine is the voice of Egypt, I will change my nationality," which caused her severe psychological and moral harm.
Sherine considered these statements extremely offensive, leading to psychological and moral damage, as she was greatly affected by those words that represent defamation of both her artistic and personal character.
The relevant authorities directed that the complaint be referred to the public prosecution to examine its reasons and listen to the statements of both parties, and all legal procedures regarding the incident are being taken.
Sherine's lawyer, Yasser Qantosh, stated that Sherine filed a complaint in March against her ex-husband artist Hossam Habib due to his offensive remarks about her in one of the Ramadan programs, which caused her psychological and moral harm.
