كشف الفنان السعودي عبادي الجوهر لقاء فنياً مرتقباً سيجمعه بالعازفة الصينية جو تشاو، التي أبدت اهتماماً كبيراً بتجربته الموسيقية الطويلة في فن العود، مؤكداً أن اللقاء سيكون بمثابة مساحة للحوار الموسيقي والبحث الفني المشترك، الذي يشتمل على محاور بحثية ومناقشات معمّقة حول الموسيقى، إلى جانب تقديم محاضرات فنية تتناول التقاطعات بين الموسيقى العربية والموسيقى الشرقية، بهدف فتح آفاق للتبادل الثقافي وتعزيز حضور الفن كلغة إنسانية عالمية.
وفي حديثه عن المشهد الغنائي الحالي، أكد أخطبوط العود احتفاظ الأغنية العاطفية والكلاسيكية بجمهورها حتى بين فئة الشباب الذين يتمتعون بذائقة موسيقية عالية قادرة على التمييز بين الجيد والعابر.
وأضاف: «الفنان متى ما وجد النص الجيد، واللحن المناسب، والتوزيع والإخراج المتقن سيقدّم عملاً مكتملاً يرضي جميع الأذواق، لأن أساس الأغنية الناجحة لا يتغيّر مهما اختلفت الأجيال».
وقدّم عبادي الجوهر أوبريتاً غنائياً بمشاركة الفنان طلال سلامة خلال حفل افتتاح مهرجان «نجران.. صيفنا هايل»، الذي انطلقت فعالياته أخيراً برعاية أمير منطقة نجران الأمير جلوي بن عبدالعزيز بن مساعد، وبإشراف وزارة الثقافة، وتنظيم هيئة فنون الفلكلور الشعبي.
Saudi artist Abadi Al-Johar revealed an anticipated artistic meeting that will bring him together with Chinese musician Joe Chao, who has shown great interest in his long musical experience with the oud. He confirmed that the meeting will serve as a space for musical dialogue and joint artistic exploration, which will include research topics and in-depth discussions about music, in addition to presenting artistic lectures that address the intersections between Arabic music and Eastern music, with the aim of opening avenues for cultural exchange and enhancing the presence of art as a universal human language.
In discussing the current musical scene, the oud octopus emphasized that romantic and classical songs continue to retain their audience, even among the youth who possess a high musical taste capable of distinguishing between what is good and what is fleeting.
He added: "Whenever an artist finds a good text, the right melody, and a well-crafted arrangement and production, they will present a complete work that satisfies all tastes, because the foundation of a successful song does not change regardless of the generations."
Abadi Al-Johar presented a musical operetta in collaboration with artist Talal Salama during the opening ceremony of the "Najran.. Our Summer is Great" festival, which recently kicked off under the patronage of the Prince of Najran, Prince Jalwa bin Abdulaziz bin Musaad, with the supervision of the Ministry of Culture and the organization of the Authority for Folk Arts.
