أكد الفنان اللبناني راغب علامة أنه لم يقدم عملاً غنائياً يناقش موقفاً وقضية مثل أوبريت «الحلم العربي».
وقال خلال المؤتمر الصحافي الذي أقيم له على هامش مهرجان موازين: «لم يكن أوبريتاً نابعاً من موقف أو قضية وإنما كان تجارياً بحتاً»، مشيراً إلى أنه إذا أراد تقديم عمل غنائي يحمل قضية سيكون عملاً إنسانياً يهم العالم أجمع.
ومن المعروف أن مهرجان موازين الدولي أكبر مهرجان غنائي في القارة الأفريقية، وواحد من أهم وأكبر مهرجانات العالم، ويقدم المهرجان هذا العام برنامجاً غير مسبوق، ومن المقرر أن يحيي حفلات المهرجان نخبة من النجوم العرب والعالميين، وأصوات من المغرب، وينتهي في 28 يونيو الجاري. ويجمع المهرجان ملايين المتفرجين الذين سيتوافدون إلى أكثر من ساحة عرض، وعددها ستة مسارح، يغني عليها فنانون من جميع القارات، بحيث يتم تخصيص كل ساحة للون غنائي معين، ما بين الموسيقى العالمية والشرقية.

He said during the press conference held for him on the sidelines of the Mawazine Festival: "It was not an operetta stemming from a position or an issue, but rather purely commercial," pointing out that if he wanted to present a musical work that carries a cause, it would be a humanitarian work that concerns the whole world.
It is well known that the Mawazine International Festival is the largest music festival in the African continent and one of the most important and largest festivals in the world. This year, the festival presents an unprecedented program, and it is scheduled to host concerts featuring a selection of Arab and international stars, as well as voices from Morocco, concluding on June 28. The festival gathers millions of spectators who will flock to more than six performance venues, with artists from all continents performing, dedicating each venue to a specific musical genre, ranging from global to oriental music.
