انتقد نجل شقيق الفنان الراحل عبدالحليم حافظ، محمد شبانة، الإعلان الترويجي لحفل العندليب الذي سيقام بتقنية الهولوغرام في مهرجان موازين بالمغرب، مشيراً إلى أن الإعلان سيئ جداً.
وقال في تصريحات صحفية «عاملين البوستر باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي، والبدلة اللي لابسها عبدالحليم في الصورة بدلة مهرج، وده عيب تمامًا ومايليقش بيه».
وأكد أن لجنة المهرجان أقامت الحفل على الرغم من الإنذارات القانونية التي وجهتها الأسرة، مشيراً إلى أن عائلة العندليب الأسمر ستتقدم بشكوى قضائية وتطالب بالتعويض.
وكانت أسرة عبدالحليم أكدت سابقاً أنها ليست على علم بأي عرض غنائي له، ولم يتم التواصل معها أو توقيع أي اتفاق مع مهرجان «موازين» أو مع أي جهة أخرى بشأن استخدام اسم أو صورة الفنان الراحل.

He stated in press remarks, "They made the poster using artificial intelligence, and the suit that Abdel Halim is wearing in the picture is a clown suit, and that is completely inappropriate and does not suit him."
He confirmed that the festival committee held the concert despite the legal warnings issued by the family, indicating that the family of the dark nightingale will file a legal complaint and demand compensation.
The family of Abdel Halim had previously confirmed that they were not aware of any musical performance for him, and they had not been contacted or signed any agreement with the Mawazine Festival or any other party regarding the use of the name or image of the late artist.
