The Egyptian artist Muslim sent a strongly worded message to the head of the musicians' union, artist Mustafa Kamel.

Muslim posted a picture of himself and his wife lying on the bed with IV fluids in their hands via the Stories feature on Instagram, commenting: "God is sufficient for me, and He is the best disposer of affairs. This is not pleasing to God. In the morning, a vein in my heart got blocked, and at night my wife and I are dying. Please pray for us. I literally saw death this morning. God is sufficient for me, and I hold accountable everyone who caused our illness like this."

He added: "No one cares about the pain of a human being or how they sleep at night because of many unjust people, and you all know very well who they are. I will never forgive you, Mustafa Kamel."

Hours before entering the hospital, Muslim had revealed that his wife was experiencing a health crisis and posted a picture of her from the hospital via the Stories feature on his official Instagram page, commenting: "May God relieve you, my love, and heal you, and keep away from you the evil eye of anyone who wishes no good for you or for me... May God protect you for me."
