أصدرت محكمة مصرية، (السبت)، حكماً قضائياً بتأييد الحكم الغيابي الصادر بحبس مطرب المهرجانات حمو بيكا لمدة عام، وتغريمه 500 جنيه، بعد رفض المعارضة التي تقدم بها على خلفية اتهامه بحيازة سلاحين أبيضين.
قبل جلسة المعارضة، أمرت النيابة العامة بإخلاء سبيل المتهم في قضية حيازة سلاح أبيض، مع إحالته إلى المحاكمة أمام محكمة الجنح، وترحيله لتنفيذ الأحكام القضائية الصادرة بحقه في وقائع أخرى.
وكانت المحكمة قد قضت في وقت سابق، غيابياً، بحبس حمو بيكا عاماً كاملاً، قبل أن يتم القبض عليه بمنطقة الزمالك، عقب صدور عدة أحكام قضائية ضده.
وفي وقت سابق، قرّر مجلس التأديب بنقابة المهن الموسيقية المصرية، في جلسته المنعقدة بتاريخ 7 مايو 2025، تخفيض العقوبات المفروضة على المطرب الشعبي حمو بيكا، بعد دراسة الالتماسات المقدّمة من جانبه وما أرفق بها من اعتذارات وتعهّدات بالالتزام بقواعد النقابة.
An Egyptian court issued a ruling on Saturday affirming the absentia sentence of one year in prison for the festival singer Hamo Bika, along with a fine of 500 Egyptian pounds, after rejecting the appeal he submitted regarding the charges of possessing two white weapons.
Before the appeal session, the public prosecution ordered the release of the accused in the case of possessing a white weapon, while referring him to trial before the misdemeanors court and transferring him to serve the judicial sentences issued against him in other cases.
The court had previously ruled in absentia to imprison Hamo Bika for a full year before he was arrested in the Zamalek area, following the issuance of several judicial rulings against him.
Earlier, the disciplinary council of the Egyptian Musicians Syndicate decided in its session held on May 7, 2025, to reduce the penalties imposed on the popular singer Hamo Bika, after studying the appeals submitted by him along with the attached apologies and commitments to adhere to the syndicate's rules.
