تصاعدت الأزمة بين أسرة النجم الراحل محمود عبدالعزيز والإعلامية بوسي شلبي من جديد، بعد أن تقدمت أسرة الراحل بدعوى قضائية تطالب فيها الإعلامية بدفع تعويض قدره 10 ملايين جنيه.
وذكرت أسرة محمود عبدالعزيز في بيان رسمي أن بوسي شلبي شوّهت سمعة والدهم، من خلال الادعاء كذباً بأنها كانت زوجته، مستخدمة وثائق مزورة على حد وصفهم.
واستمعت جهات التحقيق بمصر قبل عدة أيام لأقوال بوسي شلبي في واقعة اتهامها من أسرة الفنان الراحل بتزوير الهوية الشخصية، والقيد العائلي، وجواز السفر.
وبدأت الأزمة بين بوسي شلبي وورثة الفنان الراحل في فبراير الماضي، حينما نفت بوسي الأقاويل المتداولة التي تفيد بطلاقها من محمود عبدالعزيز في العام نفسه الذي شهد زواجهما قبل 27 عاماً.
واكتشفت بوسي شلبي وثيقة طلاقها أثناء وجودها في إحدى المصالح الحكومية لتغيير بيانات هويتها الشخصية، لكن المسؤولين أخبروها أنها مطلّقة من الفنان الراحل قبل سنوات، الأمر الذي أشعل مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
ومن جانبها، أصدرت أسرة الفنان الراحل محمود عبدالعزيز بياناً رسمياً باسم الورثة تعلن من خلاله مقاضاة بوسي شلبي، بعدما ادعت الزواج منه حتى أيامه الأخيرة، الأمر الذي نفته أسرته ووصفته بـ«الأكاذيب والافتراءات» وأنه عارٍ تماماً من الصحة.
وشدّد البيان على احترام الأسرة الكامل للقانون، مشيراً إلى أن ما يُثار عبر بعض وسائل الإعلام ومواقع التواصل لا يمتّ للحقيقة بصلة، وأنهم لن يصمتوا مجدداً أمام محاولات الإساءة لاسم الفنان الكبير.

Bousi Shalaby discovered her divorce document while she was at a government office to change her personal identification details, but the officials informed her that she had been divorced from the late artist for years, which ignited social media.
For its part, the family of the late artist Mahmoud Abdel Aziz issued an official statement on behalf of the heirs announcing their lawsuit against Bousi Shalaby, after she claimed to have been married to him until his last days, a claim that his family denied and described as "lies and fabrications" that are completely unfounded.
The statement emphasized the family's full respect for the law, indicating that what is being circulated through some media outlets and social media has no relation to the truth, and that they will not remain silent again in the face of attempts to tarnish the name of the great artist.
