أعلن الفنان المصري محمد رمضان تسديده 35 مليون جنيه لصالح مجموعة قنوات «MBC»، تنفيذاً لحكم قضائي نزاعي صدر ضده واستمرت الأزمة لسنوات طويلة.
وكتب محمد رمضان عبر حسابه على «فيسبوك»: «تم تنفيذ حكم القضاء المصري النهارده بسدادي 26 مليون إلى أم بي سي و9 مليون جنيه رسوم قضائية»، متعجباً من غياب التغطية الإعلامية لهذا الحدث.
وأشار: «السؤال هنا يا سادة ليه مفيش خبر واحد نزل في المواقع العامة والخاصة والحكومية؟!.. هل لأن ده خبر إيجابي بيوضح أن محمد رمضان أخد من أم بي سي 13 مليون رجعهم عن طريق القضاء 35 مليون والتزم بالتنفيذ؟!».
واختتم: «ملحوظة أم بي سي لم تطالبني أبداً بالسداد من قبل. أنا اتفاجئت بالحكم والحمد لله اتنفذ ورقبتنا سدادة».
وتعود قضية محمد رمضان إلى عام 2023، عندما أصدرت محكمة الجيزة الابتدائية حكماً لمصلحة شركة MBC ستوديوز، إحدى شركات مجموعة MBC، بإلزام محمد رمضان برد ما يزيد على 13.5 مليون جنيه، إلى جانب 5 ملايين جنيه تعويضاً عن إخلاله ببنود عقد فني حصري.
ووفقاً لحيثيات الحكم، وقع رمضان عقداً مع MBC بتاريخ 14 يونيو 2015، وبدأ تنفيذه فعلياً في أكتوبر الأول 2016، مقابل أجر إجمالي يبلغ 115 مليون جنيه، تسلم من المبلغ 13.4 مليون جنيه تقريباً كمقدم. ونص العقد على تقديمه أعمالاً فنية حصرية خلال أعوام 2017، 2019، و2020.
وعلى جانب آخر، يخوض رمضان بطولة فيلمه الجديد «أسد»، المقرر طرحه بالسينما قريباً، ويشاركه البطولة ماجد الكدواني، شريف سلامة، خالد الصاوي، رزان جمال، ومن تأليف وإخراج محمد دياب.
The Egyptian artist Mohamed Ramadan announced that he has paid 35 million Egyptian pounds to the MBC group, in compliance with a contentious court ruling issued against him, and the crisis has lasted for many years.
Ramadan wrote on his Facebook account: "The ruling of the Egyptian judiciary was executed today with my payment of 26 million to MBC and 9 million pounds in court fees," expressing his astonishment at the lack of media coverage of this event.
He pointed out: "The question here, ladies and gentlemen, is why is there not a single news article published on public, private, or government websites?! Is it because this is a positive news story showing that Mohamed Ramadan received 13 million from MBC and returned it through the judiciary, totaling 35 million, and complied with the execution?!"
He concluded: "Note that MBC never demanded payment from me before. I was surprised by the ruling, and thank God it has been executed, and we have settled our debts."
The case against Mohamed Ramadan dates back to 2023, when the Giza Primary Court issued a ruling in favor of MBC Studios, one of the MBC group companies, obliging Mohamed Ramadan to return more than 13.5 million pounds, in addition to 5 million pounds in compensation for breaching the terms of an exclusive artistic contract.
According to the ruling's rationale, Ramadan signed a contract with MBC on June 14, 2015, which was effectively implemented in October 2016, for a total fee of 115 million pounds, of which he received approximately 13.4 million pounds as an advance. The contract stipulated that he would provide exclusive artistic works during the years 2017, 2019, and 2020.
On another note, Ramadan is starring in his new film "Lion," which is set to be released in theaters soon, co-starring Majid Al Qidwani, Sherif Salama, Khaled El Sawy, Razan Jamal, and written and directed by Mohamed Diab.
