قدّمت الإعلامية المصرية بسمة وهبة بلاغاً رسمياً إلى الجهات الأمنية ضد المخرج خالد يوسف، تتهمه خلاله بالتشهير بها عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، ونشر تهديدات مباشرة ضدها.
وأوضحت محامية الإعلامية المصرية هايدي الفضالي أن تشهير المخرج خالد يوسف بموكلتها جاء رداً على شهادة وهبة في قضية المخرج عمر زهران، المتعلقة بخلاف قانوني بينه وبين شاليمار الشربتلي، زوجة خالد يوسف، بشأن مجوهرات ثمينة.
وأضافت: حرّض خالد يوسف زوجته على تسجيل مكالمات هاتفية خاصة جرت بينها وبين بسمة وهبة، ومن ثم تسريبها عبر الإنترنت، بعد التلاعب بالمحتوى الأصلي للمكالمة باستخدام أدوات المونتاج، بهدف الإساءة إلى سمعة وهبة.
وقالت: لم يكتف خالد يوسف بذلك، بل اتهم موكلتي أيضاً بـ«شهادة الزور»، وهي تهمة تُعدّ تشهيراً علنياً دون أي دليل قانوني.
وأدلت بسمة وهبة بشهادتها أمام المحكمة، مؤكدة معرفتها القوية بالمخرج عمر زهران لأكثر من 30 عاماً، رغم وجود خلاف سابق بينهما، مشددة على وصفه بـ«أشرف خلق الله».
هذه التطورات تفتح فصلاً جديداً في الخلافات بين الإعلامية بسمة وهبة والمخرج خالد يوسف، وحتى الآن لم يصدر أي تعليق رسمي من خالد يوسف أو زوجته شاليمار الشربتلي بشأن هذه الاتهامات.
Egyptian media personality Basma Wahba has filed an official complaint with the security authorities against director Khaled Youssef, accusing him of defaming her on social media platforms and publishing direct threats against her.
Her lawyer, Haidi Al-Fadali, explained that Khaled Youssef's defamation of her client came in response to Wahba's testimony in the case of director Omar Zahran, which involves a legal dispute between him and Shalimar Al-Sharbatly, Khaled Youssef's wife, regarding valuable jewelry.
She added: Khaled Youssef incited his wife to record private phone calls that took place between her and Basma Wahba, and then leak them online after manipulating the original content of the call using editing tools, with the aim of harming Wahba's reputation.
She stated: Khaled Youssef did not stop there; he also accused my client of "perjury," which is a public defamation charge without any legal evidence.
Basma Wahba testified in court, confirming her strong acquaintance with director Omar Zahran for over 30 years, despite a previous dispute between them, emphasizing her description of him as "the noblest of God's creations."
These developments open a new chapter in the disputes between media personality Basma Wahba and director Khaled Youssef, and so far, there has been no official comment from Khaled Youssef or his wife Shalimar Al-Sharbatly regarding these accusations.
