Today marks the national day of my great country,
the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and it does not bring with it just a memory,
but unfolds the entire tale of glory.

A story of a homeland
that every time some thought it had reached its peak,
it leaped into the future,
opening up broader horizons for itself and for those who live on its soil.

A great homeland,
every time its adversaries bet on a fleeting circumstance,
it proves that its solid wall
is the unity of its sons and daughters,
and thus, it is not shaken by storms.

On this day,
I look at my country
not merely as the place where we were born and to which we belong,
but as the meaning that has grown within us,
and the future we aspire to,
to reach for the sky.

This is a great homeland,
that continues to prove to the world,
to its adversaries before its friends,
and to those who doubted it before those who believed in it,
that its strength has never been
in money alone,
nor in geography,
nor in the abundance of resources,
but in that deep bond
between wise leadership,
and a people confident in God and then in their leadership,
who cherish every grain of this land's soil.

This homeland,
combines determination and wisdom,
without canceling one another out.

It proves to the world, through a history that extends
for more than 300 years,
that we are faced with a different and exceptional entity;
strong and steadfast in its positions,
wise and calm in its decisions,
far-sighted in its calculations.

Because true strength
is not just having the ability,
but knowing why to use it,
when,
and how.

And the most beautiful aspect of this great transformation journey of this homeland,
which resembles us and we resemble it, is that the citizen, alongside the leadership,
is at the heart of development and the future;
learning, and working,
competing, and innovating,
and carrying the name of their country
to the world with boundless confidence.

Every year,
the occasion returns,
to a homeland that does not remain as it was,
but grows and advances,
racing its dreams and ambitions.

And it remains steadfast like the firmness of Tuwaiq,
unchanged:

that deep faith among Saudis
that no matter how diverse or different we are,
we unite as one hand
when the homeland is the address.

In a world where alliances shift,
countries are in turmoil,
and balances change,
our country continues to move steadily;
confident in its Lord,
confident in its leadership

and under the care of its Imam, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques,
confident in its sons and daughters,
and also confident in the future;
because it is no longer something we wait for,
but something we create.

Every year,
may this homeland
be stronger,
and wiser,
and more ambitious... and more certain...

And at the heart of this certainty
stands His Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman, towering like Tuwaiq that he embodies, and a hope we see walking among us,
and a dream that renews every time we look to tomorrow.

Glory will remain in you, my lord, with roots extending,
and a future that rises.

And every year,
we draw inspiration from that certainty that grows and proves to the world that Saudi Arabia
is not just a homeland we inhabit...
but a homeland that inhabits us.
