أقدر جهود رجال المرور في ضبط المخالفين وضمان الالتزام بالسلامة المرورية، لكن هناك حالات تحتاج لروح تطبيق القانون أكثر من تطبيق نصوصه، مثال ذلك التعامل مع حالات إركاب وتنزيل المسافرين عند بوابات المطارات، فالمواقف المخصصة لتنزيل وإركاب الركاب محدودة جداً، وعند مواسم السفر تزدحم ويصبح من الضروري على رجل المرور إبداء مرونة خاصة مع المركبات التي لا تتوقف أكثر من فترة الإنزال والإركاب دون التأثير على مسار الحركة !
اضطرار السائق لأخذ دورة جديدة للعودة يأخذ مسافة بعيدة ويضيف لازدحام الطريق في محيط المطار دون أن يضمن توفر الموقف عند العودة، والأفضل التعامل بمرونة حسب حالة ذروة الاستخدام !
والحقيقة أن هناك رجال مرور يتعاملون بروح مرنة مع هذه الحالات، لكن البعض يسارع لتسجيل المخالفات، قبل حتى أن تفتح أبواب السيارات، والناس لا تخالف هنا عمداً ولا تؤثر على سلامة طريق بل تريد إنزال أو إركاب مسافريهم بأسرع وقت، أولاً احتراماً لرجال المرور وثانياً رغبة في المغادرة دون إبطاء !
هذا الرجاء، لا يشمل مخالفات «الكدادة» فهم جزء من عدة مشاكل، الازدحام، تشويه صورة المطار، وممارسة عمل غير مرخص يؤثر على مصالح أصحاب رخص سيارات الأجرة وتطبيقات التوصيل !
باختصار.. حالات الوقوف لإنزال أو إركاب المسافرين عند بوابات صالات المطارات بحاجة لمعالجة خاصة ومرنة، تساعد على تحقيق مصالح الناس دون مخالفة القانون !
I appreciate the efforts of traffic officers in controlling violators and ensuring adherence to traffic safety, but there are cases that require a spirit of law enforcement more than just applying its texts. An example of this is dealing with the boarding and alighting of passengers at airport gates. The designated areas for dropping off and picking up passengers are very limited, and during travel seasons, they become crowded. It becomes essential for traffic officers to show special flexibility with vehicles that do not stop for more than the drop-off and pick-up period without affecting the flow of traffic!
The necessity for drivers to take a longer detour to return adds to the congestion on the roads around the airport without guaranteeing the availability of parking upon their return, and it is better to deal with flexibility according to peak usage conditions!
The truth is that there are traffic officers who handle these situations with a flexible spirit, but some rush to record violations even before the car doors open. People are not violating intentionally here, nor are they affecting the safety of the road; they just want to drop off or pick up their passengers as quickly as possible, firstly out of respect for the traffic officers and secondly out of a desire to leave without delay!
This request does not include violations related to "illegal taxi services," as they are part of several problems: congestion, tarnishing the airport's image, and engaging in unlicensed work that affects the interests of licensed taxi drivers and ride-hailing applications!
In short, the cases of stopping to drop off or pick up passengers at airport terminal gates need special and flexible handling that helps achieve the interests of people without violating the law!
