The epic night reminded me of the joys that the nation experienced with the signing of the friendship contract with the World Cup finals and the reasons for this connection, "an attachment imposed on us"!
I felt a lot of fatigue as I followed the match, but it was the fatigue of a lover, not a fearful one, for what connects us to the homeland is much greater than what Younis Mahmoud has with Iraq, and this is not a dismissal as much as it is a reality stated by "Iraqi media".
Our homeland, O Mahmoud, is too great to be employed within your confused phrases; we are very idealistic, but with people like you, we must teach a lesson in how to talk about the greats.
An Iraqi player once told me: Don’t mind Younis, for even the media in Iraq disagrees with him due to his ignorant statements.
It is true that we are not to blame for your ignorance, but we will not tolerate it even if the excuse is "a child and a mistake"!
Jeddah cannot sleep, for the wedding is global, and in every eye, national poems travel.
Rejoice, O homeland, for you are a source of happiness not just for us, but for everyone who realizes what Saudi Arabia has offered to the world.
Rejoice, for with you, achievements grow, and through you, success is measured, and with you, every achievement takes on "a different shape and taste".
For the seventh time, we reach the World Cup finals, so why is our joy greater this time?
Should I answer the question? Or should I suffice with the painting of the Last Supper that was drawn in the Al-Inma Stadium?
It is essential, O Younis, for people to know one way or another that the most important thing in life is not to search for distant things... "happiness is always very close".
Thus said a philosopher, but I say to you and those like you, "You live and eat something else".
We respect Iraq and appreciate its team and its people, but we cannot ignore the insults from some of its people towards our homeland and remain silent...
The rule says, "Respect to be respected".
