لا أظن أن أحداً من كوادر التعليم في المدارس الحكومية يعترض على نظام «حضوري» لضبط الحضور والانصراف والاستئذان، فالبصمة مطبَّقة في غالبية المدارس الأهلية منذ فترة طويلة، وانضمام المدارس الحكومية إلى تطبيق نظام أكثر فاعلية واحترافية في تنظيم الالتزام بساعات العمل أمر محمود، ولا يزعل منه سوى أهل «البزوطة»!
ما يزعج الكوادر التعليمية والإدارية هو أن يتعثر عمل هذا النظام ويتحملوا نتائج أي خلل فيه، إذ يفترض أن النظام قد جُرِّب بشكل متقن قبل تطبيقه، ولدي يقين بأن الوزارة تعمل على معالجة أي تعثر أو خلل في النظام، ولن يظلم عندها أحد، فالعلاقة بالكوادر التعليمية والإدارية في المدارس يفترض أن تكون علاقة شراكة للاستثمار في تعليم الأجيال وبناء الوطن أكثر منها مجرد علاقة عمل بأجر!
قلتها وما زلت أكررها: المعلم والمعلمة هما القاعدة الأساس في العملية التعليمية والتربوية، وبناء علاقة بناءة قائمة على الاحترام والتحفيز وتعزيز الثقة هو السبيل الأمثل لتحقيق أهداف التعليم!
وإذا كنا نقول إن التعليم استثمار في صناعة الأجيال، فإن المؤسسة التعليمية الناجحة تستثمر في تهيئة بيئة تعليمية محفزة، وفي كوادر تعليمية مؤهلة لتحقيق أعظم الأهداف في تعبيد طريق مستقبل الوطن!
باختصار.. «حضوري» يضبط انتظام العمل، لكن عطاء كوادر التعليم هو الذي يحصد نتائج العمل!

I don't think anyone among the educational staff in public schools objects to the "Attendance" system for managing attendance, departure, and permission requests. The fingerprint system has been implemented in the majority of private schools for a long time, and the inclusion of public schools in adopting a more effective and professional system for organizing commitment to working hours is commendable, and only those who are "bizarre" would be upset about it!
What bothers the educational and administrative staff is the possibility of this system malfunctioning and them bearing the consequences of any issues within it. It is expected that the system has been thoroughly tested before its implementation, and I am confident that the ministry is working to address any malfunctions or issues in the system, and no one will be wronged in this case. The relationship with the educational and administrative staff in schools should be a partnership aimed at investing in the education of generations and building the nation rather than just a work-for-pay relationship!
I have said it and I still repeat it: teachers are the fundamental base in the educational and pedagogical process, and building a constructive relationship based on respect, motivation, and trust enhancement is the best way to achieve educational goals!
If we say that education is an investment in shaping generations, then a successful educational institution invests in creating a stimulating educational environment and in qualified educational staff to achieve the greatest goals in paving the way for the nation's future!
In short, "Attendance" regulates work consistency, but the contribution of educational staff is what yields the results of the work!
