بموجب قرارات لجنة الاستئناف المتأخرة، والتي اعتبرت الهلال خاسرًا أمام القادسية 0-3، وحرمانه من المشاركة في أول بطولة خروج مغلوب بالموسم المقبل، بالإضافة إلى تغريمه 500 ألف ريال، يعتبر سوبر الأهلي غير شرعي.
وبناءً عليه فإن القادسية يعتبر فائزاً في نصف النهائي ويستحق الوصول إلى المباراة النهائية من كأس السوبر السعودي بشكل مباشر على حساب الهلال، دون استدعاء الأهلي بدلًا منه كما حدث.
ويحق للنصر أو القادسية المتضرر الأكبر المضي قدماً واللجوء إلى لجنة الاستئناف بالاتحاد السعودي، ومن ثم مركز التحكيم الرياضي السعودي حال رفض استئنافه.
ولكن الأهلي هنا لا يلام واستحق اللقب بجدارة بعد دعوته بشكل رسمي للمشاركة في البطولة، رغم أن قرار لجنة الاستئناف باعتبار الهلال خاسراً أمام القادسية يجعل من اللقب الأهلاوي منافياً لنظام البطولة.
من ناحية أخرى، لدينا مشكلة تأخر صدور الأحكام أو القرارات لدى الجهات القضائية الرياضية (لجنة الانضباط + لجنة الاستئناف)، وهذا الموضوع ليس بجديد ولكنه مستمر، وبالتالي تتدحرج القضية مثل كرة الثلج وتصبح كبيرة وجدلية وشائكة مثل ما حدث الآن في بطولة كأس السوبر السعودي.
الموسم الرياضي بدأ بقضية جدلية لن ينتهي الحديث عنها بسهولة وسط أفراح أهلاوية من هونج كونج إلى جدة.
