لم يطلب الأهلي من لجنة الاستقطاب مساعدته في إلغاء عقد لاعب ودفع شرطه الجزائي، ولم يكلّف الصندوق مالاً خارج نطاق الممكن ودائرة القبول بقدر ما وفّر حوالى 70 مليون يورو من بيع عقود بعض اللاعبين، وهذا يسجّل للإدارة المالية في الأهلي، في حين غير الأهلي من فرق الصندوق دفع لها وعليها ملايين شروطاً جزائية لكسر عقود وأخرى لجلب لاعبين من فئة (A) والأهلي يتفرج..!
