في الإبداع، أياً كان نوعه، نادرون هم أولئك الذين نجوا بموهبتهم من طغيان وهج العائلة، واستطاعوا أن يكونوا كيانات مستقلة، لها هويتها الخاصة وبصمتها المختلفة. زياد الرحباني، الذي غادر الدنيا قبل يومين كان مثالاً استثنائياً لمعضلة النشأة في كنف أسرة ليست مبدعة فحسب، وإنما محاطة بهالة ضخمة من ضوء الشهرة، جعلتها تقترب من مستوى الأساطير، ونعني السيدة فيروز والرحابنة، وتحديداً فيروز الأم وعاصي الرحباني الأب للمخلوق الذي سيقتحم مبكراً تلك الهالة ثم يتمرد عليها ويخلق هالة جديدة معادلتها فيروز وزياد، أو زياد وفيروز، معادلة قلبت موازين الفن الفيروزي الكلاسيكي المستمد من إرث الرحابنة وبقية الملحنين، وشكلت تأريخاً جديداً لسيدة الغناء فيروز، بل دشنت نمطاً جديداً في الأغنية العربية.
