أكثر لقب استهلك وابتذل في «سناب شات» و«تيك توك» هو لقب «الشيف»، فكل من نصب له «قدر» ومسك «مغراف» صار «شيف»، ولا عزاء لأصحاب نجوم ميشلان ولا طهاة المطاعم العالمية الراقية والمطابخ الدولية المتخصصة!
المشكلة أن معظم ما يقدمه هؤلاء من طبخات شعبية سبقهم إليها «طبابيخ» المطابخ وطهي الذبائح، وهي في عرف المجتمع مهارات طبخ جيدة، لكنها لا ترقى أبداً لمستوى عمل الطهاة المحترفين الذين يستحقون صفة Chef، وقلة من المبتكرين والمبدعين لدينا من يستحقون فعلاً أن يشار إليهم بالتميز!
الخلاصة.. خفوا علينا يا «شيفات» عصركم!

أكثر لوحة مرورية مثيرة للشفقة هي لوحة ممنوع الدخول الواقعة على مدخل شارع تندوف المتفرع من طريق الملك عبدالعزيز بحي الغدير بجوار وزارة الإسكان بمدينة الرياض، فالمدخل تحول إلى مخرج لكثير من المخالفين الذين ينتهكون كرامة هذه اللوحة ليل نهار، ويسببون ربكة مرورية عند نقطة تفرع مختنقة من طريق الملك عبدالعزيز، وكثيراً ما شهدت وقوع حوادث بسبب المخالفين الذين يربكون حركة السير خاصة وقت الذروة!
وما دام الوعي بالنظام غائباً ومن الصعب وضع رقيب مروري طوال الوقت، لا بد من جعل المخالفة أكثر صعوبة كمد عنق المداخل من الطرق الرئيسة لتصبح معاكسة الطريق أكثر صعوبة، أو حتى وضع شريط من الأشواك لردع المخالفين الذين لا يحترمون القانون ولا يراعون حق الطريق للآخرين!

تأخر صرف وصفة علاجي الشهرية، دخلت تطبيق «صحتي» وطلبت محادثة فورية مع أحد الأطباء بمركز الحي الصحي، فقام مشكوراً بالرد خلال دقيقة وتجديد الوصفة، وخلال دقائق معدودة وصلتني رسالة الصرف من «وصفتي».
تلوموني في مدح تطور خدمات المراكز الصحية وتطبيق صحتي وفاعلية برنامج وصفتي؟!

The most pitiful traffic sign is the "No Entry" sign located at the entrance of Tindouf Street, which branches off from King Abdulaziz Road in the Al-Ghadeer neighborhood next to the Ministry of Housing in Riyadh. The entrance has turned into an exit for many violators who disrespect this sign day and night, causing traffic chaos at a congested branching point from King Abdulaziz Road. Many accidents have occurred due to violators who disrupt the flow of traffic, especially during peak hours!
As long as awareness of the law is lacking and it is difficult to have a traffic officer present at all times, it is necessary to make violations more challenging, such as extending the necks of entrances from main roads to make opposing traffic more difficult, or even placing a strip of spikes to deter violators who do not respect the law and disregard the rights of others on the road!
