لقيت ربة منزل تبلغ من العمر 63 عاماً مصرعها داخل نطاق مركز ههيا بمحافظة الشرقية، بعدما تعرضت للتعدي بالضرب على يد نجلها إثر خلافات أسرية مرتبطة بمطالبته المستمرة بالحصول على أموال رغم عدم عمله.
وتلقت الأجهزة الأمنية بمديرية أمن الشرقية بلاغاً بالواقعة، وتبين من المحضر أن المجني عليها تُدعى (رضا)، وأن نجلها (السيد)، 35 عاماً، عاطل، اعتدى عليها موجهاً لها ضربات بالرأس؛ ما أدى إلى وفاتها في الحال.
وبحسب ما ورد في المحضر، نشبت مشادة بين الأم ونجلها بسبب إصراره على الحصول على أموال منها، قبل أن تتطور المشادة إلى اعتداء عنيف أسفر عن وفاتها متأثرة بإصابتها.
واتُخذت الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة، فيما باشرت جهات التحقيق المختصة أعمالها للوقوف على ملابسات الحادث، وأمرت النيابة العامة بنقل الجثمان إلى مشرحة مستشفى الأحرار التعليمي لإجراء الصفة التشريحية لبيان سبب الوفاة وكيفية حدوثها، وصرحت بالدفن عقب الانتهاء من الإجراءات القانونية.
A 63-year-old housewife was killed within the jurisdiction of the Hihya Center in Sharqia Governorate after being assaulted by her son due to family disputes related to his continuous demands for money despite being unemployed.
The security authorities in the Sharqia Security Directorate received a report about the incident, and it was revealed from the report that the victim is named (Rida), and her son (Sayed), 35 years old, unemployed, assaulted her by striking her on the head, which led to her immediate death.
According to what was stated in the report, a quarrel erupted between the mother and her son due to his insistence on obtaining money from her, before the argument escalated into a violent assault that resulted in her death from her injuries.
The necessary legal procedures were taken, while the relevant investigative authorities began their work to determine the circumstances of the incident. The public prosecution ordered the transfer of the body to the morgue of Al-Ahrar Educational Hospital to conduct an autopsy to determine the cause of death and how it occurred, and it authorized burial after completing the legal procedures.
