لم يحتَج عدد من رجال الشرطة في الصين إلى تنفيذ خطة مطولة للبحث عن أحد المطلوبين، بعدما قادتهم الصدفة إلى العثور عليه داخل المطعم نفسه الذي قصدوه لتناول الغداء قبل بدء مهمتهم.
وكان عناصر الأمن يستعدون لتنفيذ عملية للقبض على شخص مطلوب على خلفية قضية جنائية، فقرروا التوقف لتناول وجبة قبل مباشرة المهمة. لكن بمجرد جلوسهم في المطعم، لفت انتباههم أحد الزبائن، بعدما اشتبهوا في أنه الشخص الذي كانوا يستعدون للبحث عنه.
وبعد التحقق من هويته والتأكد من أنه المطلوب، قرر رجال الشرطة إنهاء المهمة من مكانها، وألقوا القبض عليه داخل المطعم.
ورصدت كاميرات المراقبة عناصر الشرطة وهم يراقبون المشتبه به ويتحققون من هويته، قبل أن يتوجهوا إليه ويقتادوه لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بحقه.
وهكذا، تحولت استراحة الغداء التي سبقت عملية المداهمة إلى عملية قبض ناجحة، واختصر رجال الشرطة الطريق دون الحاجة إلى بدء عملية البحث التي كانوا يستعدون لها.
A number of police officers in China did not need to execute an extensive plan to search for one of the wanted individuals, as a coincidence led them to find him inside the very restaurant they had intended to visit for lunch before starting their mission.
The security personnel were preparing to carry out an operation to arrest a wanted person in connection with a criminal case, so they decided to stop for a meal before commencing the mission. However, as soon as they sat down in the restaurant, one of the customers caught their attention, as they suspected he was the person they were getting ready to search for.
After verifying his identity and confirming that he was the wanted individual, the police officers decided to conclude the mission right there and arrested him inside the restaurant.
Surveillance cameras captured the police officers as they monitored the suspect and checked his identity, before approaching him and taking him in for legal proceedings.
Thus, the lunch break that preceded the raid turned into a successful arrest, and the police officers shortened their path without needing to initiate the search operation they had been preparing for.
