في واقعة أمنية كشفت واحدة من أغرب جرائم انتحال الهوية والتزوير العابرة للزمن، فجرت مباحث الجنسية بالكويت مفاجأة صدمت الرأي العام المحلي، بعدما أطاحت بصيد أمني ثمين، يتمثل في: ضابط برتبة عسكرية عليا يشغل منصب قائد منطقة، تبين أنه سوري الجنسية وسُجّل زوراً ككويتي!
وتساءل رواد منصات التواصل الاجتماعي: كيف جرت هذه الخدعة القاتلة؟ إلا أن القصة بدأت منذ نحو 60 عاماً، وتحديداً في عام 1965 عندما حصل مواطن كويتي «مُتجنس» على الجنسية، وقام بتزوير ملفه العائلي عبر إدراج 5 من أبناء إخوته السوريين باعتبارهم أطفاله الحقيقيين. ومن بين هؤلاء المضافين، ذلك الطفل الذي كبر وترقى في السلم العسكري داخل وزارة الداخلية الكويتية حتى تقلد واحداً من أرفع المناصب الأمنية.
لكن الخيط السحري الذي فك شفرة الملف المعقد جاء من حيث لا يتوقع أحد، فقبل أسابيع قليلة من وفاة العم المتجنس، خضع لفحص سحب عينات وراثية حفظتها الأدلة الجنائية. وعقب وفاته، أعادت المباحث نبش الملف علمياً، لتكشف مطابقة البصمة الوراثية (DNA) استحالة وجود أي صلة نسب بين المتوفى والضابط الرفيع!
وكشفت التحقيقات أيضاً أن للضابط شقيقاً يعيش في الكويت تحت ستار فئة المقيمين بصورة غير قانونية (البدون)، بينما أمهما الحقيقية وبقية أخواتهما يقمن في الكويت ويحملن الجنسية السورية الصريحة وباسم العائلة الأصلي.
وعلى الفور، أصدرت اللجنة العليا لتحقيق الجنسية قراراً حاسماً بسحب الجنسية الكويتية من القيادي الأمني وتجريد 14 شخصاً من تبعياته، مع استمرار التدقيق المشدد في ملفات باقي الأبناء المضافين زوراً.

Social media users questioned: how did this deadly deception occur? However, the story began nearly 60 years ago, specifically in 1965, when a "naturalized" Kuwaiti citizen obtained citizenship and forged his family file by including five of his Syrian nephews as his legitimate children. Among those added was a child who grew up and advanced in the military ranks within the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior until he held one of the highest security positions.
But the magical thread that unraveled the complex file came from an unexpected source. Just a few weeks before the death of the naturalized uncle, he underwent a genetic sampling test preserved by forensic evidence. Following his death, the investigations reopened the file scientifically, revealing that the DNA match indicated an impossibility of any familial relation between the deceased and the high-ranking officer!
The investigations also revealed that the officer has a brother living in Kuwait under the guise of illegal residents (stateless individuals), while their real mother and other sisters reside in Kuwait and hold explicit Syrian nationality under their original family name.
Immediately, the Supreme Committee for Nationality Investigation issued a decisive decision to revoke the Kuwaiti citizenship of the security leader and strip 14 of his dependents of their status, while continuing the rigorous scrutiny of the files of the other fraudulently added children.
