ارتفعت حصيلة ضحايا الفيضانات المدمرة التي اجتاحت شمال نيبال الأربعاء الماضي إلى 675 شخصاً.
وأفادت هيئة إدارة الحالات الطارئة في نيبال في بيان اليوم بأن الحصيلة لا تزال غير نهائية، مشيرة إلى أن حصيلة المفقودين شهدت ارتفاعاً شديداً.
وأضافت أن من بين المفقودين أيضاً 45 جندياً من الجيش النيبالي، و40 من أفراد الشرطة، و19 من موظفي الهجرة والجمارك.
The death toll from the devastating floods that swept through northern Nepal last Wednesday has risen to 675 people.
The Nepal Emergency Management Agency reported in a statement today that the toll is still not final, noting that the number of missing persons has seen a significant increase.
It added that among the missing are also 45 soldiers from the Nepalese army, 40 police officers, and 19 immigration and customs officials.
