أعلنت وزارة الداخلية عن مقتل ثلاثة عناصر شديدة الخطورة وضبط ثلاثة آخرين في مواجهة مسلحة مع تشكيل عصابي قام بسرقة سيارة نقل بطريق مصر الإسماعيلية الصحراوي، في الواقعة المعروفة بـ«السرقة الهوليودية».
6 عناصر جنائية
وأوضحت الوزارة أن التشكيل العصابي ضم ستة عناصر جنائية شديدة الخطورة، سبق اتهامهم والحكم عليهم في عدد من الجنايات، أبرزها «السرقة بالإكراه، الشروع في القتل، الاتجار في المواد المخدرة، سلاح بدون ترخيص، وعاهة مستديمة». وعُثر بحوزتهم على بندقيتين آليتين، وبندقية خرطوش، وفرد خرطوش، والسيارة المستخدمة في ارتكاب الواقعة، وكمية من المسروقات المستولى عليها من ذات الواقعة ووقائع سرقات أخرى جارٍ حصرها.
تقنين الإجراءات
وكشفت أجهزة الأمن ملابسات مقطع فيديو تم تداوله بمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، تضمن قيام مستقلي سيارة «ربع نقل» بالسير خلف سيارة نقل أخرى بطريق مصر الإسماعيلية الصحراوي، وسرقة محتوياتها أثناء سيرها. وعقب تقنين الإجراءات، تم استهدافهم بمشاركة قطاع الأمن المركزي بأماكن اختبائهم بنطاق محافظتي القاهرة والقليوبية، ولدى استشعارهم بالقوات بادروا بإطلاق الأعيرة النارية تجاهها، وهو ما أسفر عن مقتل ثلاثة وضبط ثلاثة آخرين. واتُخذت الإجراءات القانونية، وجارٍ عرض المتهمين على النيابة العامة.
The Ministry of Interior announced the killing of three highly dangerous individuals and the arrest of three others in an armed confrontation with a gang that stole a transport vehicle on the Cairo-Ismailia Desert Road, in the incident known as the "Hollywood robbery."
6 Criminal Elements
The ministry clarified that the gang consisted of six highly dangerous criminal elements, who had previously been accused and sentenced in several felonies, most notably "armed robbery, attempted murder, drug trafficking, possession of an unlicensed weapon, and causing permanent disability." They were found in possession of two automatic rifles, a shotgun, a single-barrel shotgun, the vehicle used in the crime, and a quantity of stolen goods from this incident and other thefts that are currently being accounted for.
Legal Procedures
The security services revealed the circumstances of a video that circulated on social media, showing occupants of a "quarter-ton truck" following another transport vehicle on the Cairo-Ismailia Desert Road and stealing its contents while it was in motion. After legal procedures were taken, they were targeted with the participation of the Central Security Sector at their hideouts in Cairo and Qalyubia governorates. Upon sensing the forces, they opened fire at them, resulting in the death of three and the arrest of three others. Legal measures have been taken, and the suspects are being presented to the Public Prosecution.
