في زلزال رقمي غير مسبوق ينذر بإنهاء إمبراطوريات «الفاشينستات» وصنّاع المحتوى، استيقظ الشارع العربي على تحرك قضائي حاسم يُهدد عدداً من أعتى مشاهير شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي بأحكام سجنية قاسية قد تصل إلى 27 عاماً خلف الأسوار.
القصة لم تعد مجرد «بلاغات فردية» أو انتقادات على منصات التواصل، بل تحولت إلى حملة تطهير شاملة تقودها السلطات القضائية في تونس لملاحقة كل من اتخذ من الفحش والإيحاءات الجنسية طريقاً لجمع المتابعين وجني الأرباح.
وبشكل رسمي الملامح، عيّنت الدائرة الجنائية بالمحكمة الابتدائية في العاصمة تونس يوم 17 سبتمبر القادم موعداً لقص شريط المحاكمة في واحدة من أضخم قضايا الرأي العام، والتي تضم قائمة متهمين شملت 10 من أبرز نجوم منصتي «تيك توك» و«إنستغرام».

سبب حالة الهلع السائدة بين المؤثرين لا يعود فقط لقرار الإحالة، بل يكمن في «السابقة القضائية المرعبة» التي أرسختها المحاكم التونسية أخيرا ضد دفعة سابقة من المؤثرين و«صانعات المحتوى». فقد أصدر القضاء أحكاماً رادعة تراوحت بين السجن لمدة عام واحد وصولاً إلى 27 عاماً سجناً نافذاً ضد أسماء بارزة، بعدما لم تتوقف أدانتهم عند حدود المحتوى الخادش، بل امتدت لتكشف عن ملفات مظلمة شملت شبهات الاتجار بالبشر، وغسل الأموال، والاستغلال الجنسي والمالي.
القرار القضائي الأخير لم يكن وليد المصادفة، بل جاء تتويجاً لموجة غضب عارمة اجتاحت الأسر العائلية، ودعوات برلمانية ملحة تطالب بوضع حد لما أسموه «المسخرة الرقمية».
وعلى إثر قرار وزارة العدل التونسية بالتحرك ضد كل من يمس بالقيم الأخلاقية، بات العشرات من صناع المحتوى أمام خيارين لا ثالث لهما: إما حذف حساباتهم وتغيير مسارهم بالكامل، أو مواجهة مصير أسلافهم خلف القضبان لسنوات طويلة.

In an official capacity, the criminal chamber of the primary court in the capital, Tunis, has set September 17 as the date to kick off the trial in one of the largest public opinion cases, which includes a list of defendants comprising 10 of the most prominent stars from the "TikTok" and "Instagram" platforms.
This session comes after intensive investigative rounds that concluded with serious official charges, the most notable of which are:
- Publishing and inciting obscenity: Producing and disseminating video clips and images that contain sexual innuendos and blatant moral transgressions.

The cause of the prevailing panic among influencers is not only due to the referral decision but also lies in the "terrifying judicial precedent" recently established by Tunisian courts against a previous batch of influencers and "content creators." The judiciary has issued deterrent sentences ranging from one year in prison to 27 years of effective imprisonment against prominent names, after their convictions did not stop at the limits of offensive content but extended to reveal dark files that included suspicions of human trafficking, money laundering, and sexual and financial exploitation.
The recent judicial decision was not coincidental; it came as a culmination of a massive wave of anger that swept through family units and urgent parliamentary calls to put an end to what they termed the "digital mockery."
Following the decision of the Tunisian Ministry of Justice to take action against anyone who undermines moral values, dozens of content creators now face two options with no third alternative: either delete their accounts and completely change their paths, or face the fate of their predecessors behind bars for many years.
