تخيّل أن تخرج لجنة رقابية لمعاينة سبب ارتفاع سعر «دواء عابر» في إحدى الصيدليات، فتنتهي من الجولة بفك شفرة واحدة من أغرب وأخطر جرائم التضليل الطبي!
لم تكن البداية داخل غرفة عمليات معتمة، ولا بسبب خطأ جراحي قاتل أودى بحياة مريض، بل كانت سيناريو ساخراً كشف من وراء الستار شخصاً ارتدى المئزر الأبيض لسنوات، وحمل لقباً من أثقل ألقاب الطب: «استشاري جراحة الأعصاب والعمود الفقري»، دون أن يملك في جيبه شهادة جامعية واحدة!
من تسعيرة إلى جناية
كيف يمكن لشخص عادي أن يتسلل إلى أدق تخصصات الطب البشري، حيث الخَطأ لا يُقاس بالسنوات بل بالمليمترات وبين الشلل والموت؟
القصة لم تبدأ بشكوك طبية، بل ببلاغ روتيني قدّمه شخص عادي أزعجه التلاعب في أسعار الأدوية بمدينة الرقة السورية. وعندما تحرك المفتشون الدوائيون للتحقق من الشكوى، بدأت الخيوط تتشابك بشكل غير متوقع، لتنحرف البوصلة فجأة من مجرد مخالفة مالية في صيدلية، إلى ملف جنائي مرعب يمس أرواح البشر.
وأثناء جولة التفتيش، أثارت تحركات المتهم (ب. ح) ريبة اللجنة. ومستنداً إلى جرأة لا تصدق، كان الرجل يعاين المرضى ويكتب الفحوصات ويقترح التداخلات الجراحية للفقرات والأعصاب بكل ثقة، ممارساً «مهنة الموت» في خفاء تام.
لكن الصدمة الحقيقية التي أربكت المحققين عند مراجعة السجلات والملفات الرسمية كانت قاطعة، إذ تبين أنه لا وجود لأي مؤهل علمي، ولا شهادة جامعية، ولا ترخيص قانوني يتيح له حتى معاينة زكام عابر، فكيف بحمل المشرط ورسم خطط العمليات المعقدة؟!
وفي لحظات خاطفة، تحول المشهد من تفتيش صيدلاني إلى عملية أمنية مكثفة بالتنسيق مع نقابة الأطباء والأمن الجنائي؛ ليُساق «الجراح المزيف» إلى القضاء متلبساً بوهمه الكبير.
ومع إسدال الستار على هذه الحيلة، اشتعلت منصات التواصل الاجتماعي بموجة من الذهول والاستهجان. فالشارع اليوم لا يتساءل فقط عن كيفية سقوطه الغريبة، بل يواجه التساؤل الأكثر رعباً: كم مريضاً جازف بحياته تحت يدي هذا المحتال طوال تلك السنوات، وكيف صمد هذا الخداع في أعقد مجالات الطب دون أن يكتشفه أحد؟

How can an ordinary person infiltrate the most precise specialties of human medicine, where mistakes are measured not in years but in millimeters, between paralysis and death?
The story did not begin with medical doubts, but with a routine report filed by an ordinary person who was disturbed by the manipulation of drug prices in the city of Raqqa, Syria. When drug inspectors moved to verify the complaint, the threads began to intertwine unexpectedly, suddenly shifting the focus from a mere financial violation in a pharmacy to a terrifying criminal case affecting human lives.
During the inspection tour, the movements of the accused (B. H) raised the committee's suspicions. With incredible audacity, the man examined patients, wrote tests, and confidently suggested surgical interventions for vertebrae and nerves, practicing the "profession of death" in complete secrecy.
But the real shock that bewildered the investigators upon reviewing the records and official files was conclusive; it turned out that there was no scientific qualification, no university degree, and no legal license allowing him even to examine a simple cold, let alone wield a scalpel and devise complex surgical plans!
