أصدرت محكمة جنايات النجف، أمس (الأحد)، حكماً بالإعدام شنقاً حتى الموت بحق رجل أدين بارتكاب جريمة قتل أسفرت عن مقتل شخص وإصابة ثلاثة آخرين، إثر خلاف نشب بين الطرفين في إحدى القرى جنوب المحافظة.
وتعود تفاصيل القضية إلى نحو سبعة أشهر، عندما اندلع نزاع بسبب دخول بقرة تعود للمجني عليهم إلى بستان المتهم وتناولها بعض التمور المتساقطة. وتطور الخلاف لاحقاً إلى إطلاق نار، ما أدى إلى مقتل أحد الأشخاص وإصابة ثلاثة آخرين.
