ألقت الأجهزة الأمنية المصرية القبض على صانع المحتوى المعروف باسم «كروان مشاكل» لتنفيذ حكم قضائي نهائي صادر بحقه بالحبس لمدة عامين، بعد إدانته في قضية نشر محتوى اعتبرته المحكمة خادشاً للحياء العام ومخالفاً للقيم المجتمعية عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
وجرى ضبط المتهم في منطقة السيدة زينب بالقاهرة، واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة لتنفيذ العقوبة المقضي بها، عقب استنفاد مسارات الطعن القانونية على الحكم.
حكم نهائي
وكانت المحكمة الاقتصادية بالإسكندرية قد أصدرت حكماً بحبس «كروان مشاكل» سنتين مع الشغل، وتغريمه 200 ألف جنيه، مع إلزامه بالمصاريف الجنائية ومصادرة المضبوطات، إضافة إلى كفالة قدرها 50 ألف جنيه لوقف تنفيذ العقوبة مؤقتاً.
وتعود القضية إلى نشر مقطع فيديو عبر حسابه على تطبيق «تيك توك»، تضمن مشاهد وعبارات رأت جهات التحقيق أنها تمثل إخلالاً بالحياء العام واعتداءً على القيم الأسرية والمجتمعية، ما دفع النيابة المختصة إلى إحالته للمحاكمة أمام المحكمة الاقتصادية.
رفض المعارضة
وخلال الفترة الماضية، تقدم المتهم بمعارضة على الحكم الصادر ضده، إلا أن المحكمة الاقتصادية بالإسكندرية قبلت المعارضة شكلاً ورفضتها موضوعاً، مع تأييد الحكم السابق بكامل العقوبات المقضي بها، ليصبح الحكم واجب النفاذ.
وأكدت مصادر قضائية أن المحكمة استندت في قرارها إلى ما تضمنه المحتوى المنشور من مخالفات اعتبرتها جهات التحقيق متعارضة مع القوانين المنظمة لاستخدام منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.

وتأتي القضية ضمن سلسلة من القضايا المرتبطة بصناع المحتوى والمؤثرين على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في مصر، والتي شهدت خلال السنوات الأخيرة تحقيقات وأحكاماً قضائية تتعلق بمخالفات مرتبطة بنشر محتوى اعتبرته السلطات مخالفاً للقانون أو منافياً للقيم العامة.
The Egyptian security forces arrested the content creator known as "Crowan Mashakel" to enforce a final court ruling against him, sentencing him to two years in prison after he was convicted in a case of publishing content that the court deemed offensive to public morals and contrary to societal values through social media platforms.
The accused was apprehended in the Sayyida Zainab area of Cairo, and the necessary legal procedures were taken to enforce the imposed penalty, following the exhaustion of legal avenues for appealing the ruling.
Final Ruling
The Economic Court in Alexandria had issued a ruling sentencing "Crowan Mashakel" to two years in prison with hard labor, imposing a fine of 200,000 Egyptian pounds, obligating him to pay legal expenses, and confiscating the seized items, in addition to a bail of 50,000 Egyptian pounds to temporarily suspend the execution of the penalty.
The case dates back to the publication of a video clip on his TikTok account, which included scenes and phrases that investigative authorities deemed a violation of public decency and an assault on family and societal values, prompting the relevant prosecution to refer him to trial before the Economic Court.
Rejection of Appeal
During the past period, the accused filed an appeal against the ruling issued against him; however, the Economic Court in Alexandria accepted the appeal in form but rejected it in substance, upholding the previous ruling with all the imposed penalties, making the ruling enforceable.
Judicial sources confirmed that the court based its decision on the violations contained in the published content, which investigative authorities considered contradictory to the laws regulating the use of social media platforms.
