غيّرت «جوجل» آلية احتساب حدود استخدام روبوت الذكاء الاصطناعي «Gemni»؛ إذ بدأت بالتحول من نظام يعتمد على عدد الطلبات اليومية الثابتة إلى نموذج جديد قائم على القدرة الحاسوبية المستخدمة فعلياً.
ووفقاً لما نشرته الشركة، فقد باتت حدود الاستخدام الجديدة تعتمد على عدة عوامل، منها تعقيد الطلبات التي يكتبها المستخدم، وطول المحادثة، بالإضافة إلى نوع المزايا المستخدمة، مثل توليد الصور والفيديو، وأدوات «البحث العميق»، فضلاً عن نماذج «برو» و«التفكير الموسّع» و«التفكير العميق».
وتأتي الخطوة بعد أسابيع قليلة من تعديل منصة GitHub خطط خدمة «كوبايلوت» الخاصة بها، عبر استبدال النظام السابق، واعتماد آلية تستند إلى عدد الرموز البرمجية «Tokens» المُستهلكة فعلياً في أثناء التفاعل مع الذكاء الاصطناعي.
ولم تكشف «جوجل» بصورة مفصلة عن الحدود الجديدة، لكنها أوضحت، أن المشتركين في الخطط المأجورة سوف يحصلون على سعات استخدام أعلى، مقارنةً بالمستخدمين أصحاب الحسابات المجانية.
Google has changed the way it calculates the usage limits for its AI robot "Gemni"; it has started shifting from a system based on a fixed number of daily requests to a new model based on the actual computing power used.
According to what the company published, the new usage limits now depend on several factors, including the complexity of the requests made by the user, the length of the conversation, as well as the type of features used, such as image and video generation, deep search tools, in addition to the "Pro" models and "expanded thinking" and "deep thinking" features.
This step comes just a few weeks after GitHub modified its "Copilot" service plans by replacing the previous system and adopting a mechanism based on the actual number of code tokens consumed during interaction with the AI.
Google did not disclose the new limits in detail, but it clarified that subscribers to the paid plans will receive higher usage capacities compared to users with free accounts.
