تحوّل رالي أمريكا الجنوبية في الأرجنتين إلى مشهد مأساوي، بعدما لقي متفرّج مصرعه وأُصيب آخرون إثر حادث مروّع وقع في منطقة مينا كلافيرو بإقليم قرطبة، ما دفع المنظمين إلى تعليق المنافسة ثم إلغائها بشكل نهائي في مرحلتها الحاسمة.
فقدان السيطرة عند منعطف خطِر
ووقع الحادث في المقطع المعروف باسم «جيوليو تشيزاري»، حين فقدت سيارة من طراز «فولكسفاغن بولو»، يقودها الباراغوايانيان ديدييه أرياس وهيكتور نونييث، السيطرة عند أحد المنعطفات السريعة، لتنحرف عن المسار وتتجه مباشرة نحو منطقة تجمع فيها عشرات المتفرجين.
تدحرج واصطدام بالجمهور
وبحسب معلومات أولية نقلتها وسائل إعلام محلية، بدأت السيارة بالتدحرج قبل أن تخرج عن السيطرة وتصطدم بالجمهور، ما استدعى تدخلاً فورياً من فرق الإسعاف التي فعّلت بروتوكولات الطوارئ في موقع الحادث.
ضحايا وإصابات متفاوتة
وأسفر الحادث عن إصابة ثلاثة أشخاص على الأقل، بينهم قاصر، نُقلوا إلى أحد مستشفيات المنطقة. ولاحقاً، أُعلن عن وفاة شاب يبلغ 25 عاماً من مدينة قرطبة متأثراً بإصاباته البالغة.
ومن بين المصابين، امرأة في الـ40 من عمرها تعرضت لكسر في الكاحل، وُصفت حالتها بالمستقرة، فيما أصيبت ابنتها القاصر بجروح طفيفة. في المقابل، لم يُصب سائقا السيارة بجروح تُذكر.
إلغاء السباق وتشكيل خلية أزمة
وجاء الحادث مع انطلاق المرحلة الأخيرة من الرالي في منطقة منحدرة تشهد حضوراً جماهيرياً كثيفاً، ما دفع السلطات إلى تحييد المقطع فوراً لتسهيل عمليات الإنقاذ وضمان سلامة الحاضرين.
ونظراً لخطورة الحادث، أعلنت اللجنة المنظمة إلغاء المنافسة بالكامل، مع تشكيل خلية أزمة تضم الجهات المعنية لمتابعة التحقيق وكشف ملابسات الحادث.

The accident occurred in the section known as "Giulio Cesare," when a Volkswagen Polo, driven by Paraguayans Didier Arias and Héctor Núñez, lost control at one of the fast turns, veering off the track and heading directly towards an area where dozens of spectators had gathered.
Rolling and collision with the crowd
According to initial information reported by local media, the car began to roll before losing control and colliding with the crowd, necessitating an immediate response from rescue teams that activated emergency protocols at the accident site.
Victims and varying injuries
The accident resulted in at least three people being injured, including a minor, who were transported to a local hospital. Later, a 25-year-old man from Córdoba was announced dead due to his severe injuries.
Among the injured was a 40-year-old woman who suffered an ankle fracture, and her condition was described as stable, while her minor daughter sustained minor injuries. In contrast, the drivers of the car were not seriously injured.
Race cancellation and crisis cell formation
The accident occurred as the final stage of the rally was starting in a downhill area with a large crowd, prompting authorities to immediately secure the section to facilitate rescue operations and ensure the safety of those present.
Due to the seriousness of the accident, the organizing committee announced the complete cancellation of the competition, forming a crisis cell that includes the relevant authorities to follow up on the investigation and uncover the circumstances of the incident.
