دعت نقابة الطيارين الألمانية إلى تنظيم إضراب شامل لمدة يومين داخل شركة الخطوط الجوية الألمانية «لوفتهانزا»، اعتراضاً على تدنى الأجور وظروف العمل.
ويأتي الإضراب احتجاجاً على تدني الأجور وظروف العمل، إضافة إلى مطالب تتعلق بتحسين مزايا التقاعد والمعاشات المبكرة، ويشمل الإضراب طياري لوفتهانزا الرئيسية، ولوفتهانزا كارغو، ولوفتهانزا سيتي لاين، ويورو وينغز، ويتوقع أن يؤدي إلى إلغاء مئات الرحلات الجوية من المطارات الرئيسية مثل فرانكفورت وميونخ.
وقالت النقابة في بيانها إن المحادثات مع إدارة الشركة وصلت إلى طريق مسدود، مشيرة إلى أن الطيارين يواجهون ضغوطاً متزايدة بسبب ارتفاع تكاليف المعيشة وعدم الاستقرار في جداول العمل.
من جانبها، أعربت لوفتهانزا عن أسفها للإضراب الذي وصفته بأنه «غير مبرر ومفاجئ»، مؤكدة أنها تقدم بعضاً من أفضل شروط العمل في قطاع الطيران الأوروبي، وتعمل الشركة حالياً على وضع خطة طوارئ لتقليل التأثير على المسافرين، لكنها حذرت من اضطرابات كبيرة في حركة الطيران.
ويُتوقع أن يؤثر الإضراب على عشرات الآلاف من المسافرين، خصوصاً في فترة ما بعد عطلة عيد الفصح، حيث يشهد قطاع الطيران ازدحاماً موسمياً.
ويُعد هذا الإضراب الجديد جزءاً من سلسلة إضرابات متكررة تشهدها شركة لوفتهانزا منذ بداية 2026، فقد نفذت نقابة الطيارين إضرابات سابقة في فبراير ومارس، كما شهدت الشركة إضراباً لأطقم الضيافة يوم 10 أبريل، أدى إلى إلغاء مئات الرحلات.
وتعود أسباب التوتر المتكرر إلى خلافات حول الأجور، وظروف العمل، ومزايا التقاعد، في ظل تعافي قطاع الطيران بعد جائحة كورونا مع ارتفاع التكاليف التشغيلية ونقص العمالة في بعض التخصصات.
وتمثل نقابة الطيارين الألمانية آلاف الطيارين في ألمانيا، وغالباً ما تستخدم الإضراب كأداة ضغط لتحسين الشروط التعاقدية، وتُعد لوفتهانزا أكبر شركة طيران في أوروبا من حيث عدد الركاب والأسطول، ما يجعل أي إضراب فيها يؤثر على حركة الطيران في القارة بأكملها.

This new strike is part of a series of repeated strikes that Lufthansa has been experiencing since the beginning of 2026. The pilots' union previously conducted strikes in February and March, and the company also faced a strike by cabin crew on April 10, which led to the cancellation of hundreds of flights.
The reasons for the recurring tensions stem from disputes over wages, working conditions, and retirement benefits, amid the recovery of the aviation sector after the COVID-19 pandemic, with rising operational costs and labor shortages in some specialties.
The German pilots' union represents thousands of pilots in Germany and often uses strikes as a pressure tool to improve contractual terms. Lufthansa is the largest airline in Europe in terms of passenger numbers and fleet size, making any strike within it impact air traffic across the entire continent.
