تحوّل مقهى هادئ في شمال كازاخستان إلى مسرح كارثة، بعدما دوّى انفجار عنيف أعقبه حريق هائل، أسفر عن سقوط 30 ضحية بين قتيل وجريح، وفق ما أعلنت السلطات المحلية.
وبحسب هيئة الطوارئ، فإن الانفجار نجم عن اشتعال خليط من الهواء والغاز داخل مقهى مكوّن من طابق واحد، ملحق بمبنى سكني من خمسة طوابق في منطقة بوراباي، ما أدى إلى اندلاع حريق ضخم ألحق أضرارًا مادية جسيمة بالموقع.
وأكدت السلطات سقوط:
- 7 قتلى
- 23 مصابًا بجروح متفاوتة.
فيما سارعت فرق الإسعاف إلى نقل المصابين للمستشفيات القريبة، وسط حالة استنفار واسعة.
فرق الإنقاذ هرعت إلى المكان فور وقوع الانفجار، وعملت على:
- انتشال الجثامين
- إخماد النيران
- تمشيط الموقع بحثًا عن مفقودين
كما تم إجلاء أكثر من 10 أشخاص من المبنى السكني المجاور كإجراء احترازي.
ولا تزال الطواقم المختصة تواصل إزالة الركام والبحث تحت الأنقاض، بينما فُتح تحقيق موسع لكشف ملابسات تسرب الغاز الذي أدى إلى هذه المأساة.
وأعادت هذه الكارثة الجدل حول مخاطر تسربات الغاز في المنشآت الملحقة بالمباني السكنية، وسط تساؤلات عن إجراءات السلامة والرقابة.
A quiet café in northern Kazakhstan turned into a disaster scene after a violent explosion was followed by a massive fire, resulting in 30 casualties, including dead and injured, according to local authorities.
According to the emergency services, the explosion was caused by the ignition of a mixture of air and gas inside a single-story café attached to a five-story residential building in the Borabay area, leading to a huge fire that caused significant material damage to the site.
Authorities confirmed the following casualties:
- 7 dead
- 23 injured with varying degrees of injuries.
Rescue teams quickly rushed to transport the injured to nearby hospitals amid a state of widespread alert.
Rescue teams arrived at the scene immediately after the explosion and worked on:
- Recovering the bodies
- Extinguishing the fires
- Searching the site for missing persons
More than 10 people were also evacuated from the adjacent residential building as a precautionary measure.
