كشف تقرير الطب الشرعي الصادر عن مستشفى الجامعة الأردنية تفاصيل مقتل المحامية الأردنية زينة المجالي، التي لقيت حتفها إثر تعرضها للطعن داخل منزل عائلتها شمال العاصمة عمّان، في حادثة أثارت صدمة واسعة في الشارع الأردني. ووفق التقرير الطبي، تعرضت المجالي لأربع طعنات نافذة في مناطق متفرقة من جسدها، من بينها طعنة مباشرة في القلب، وُصفت بأنها قاتلة وأدت إلى وفاتها على الفور متأثرة بالإصابة البالغة.
خلاف عائلي
وأظهرت التحقيقات الأولية التي باشرتها الأجهزة الأمنية أن الجريمة وقعت على خلفية خلافات حادة وشجار عنيف نشب بين الجاني ووالده داخل منزل العائلة.
وخلال تصاعد الخلاف، تدخلت زينة المجالي في محاولة لفض النزاع والدفاع عن والدها، قبل أن يُقدم شقيقها على طعنها باستخدام أداة حادة، وفق ما أفادت به التحقيقات.
وبحسب المعلومات، حاول أفراد من العائلة والجيران إسعاف المجالي ونقلها بشكل عاجل إلى المستشفى، إلا أن حالتها الصحية وُصفت بالحرجة للغاية، ولم تفلح الجهود الطبية في إنقاذ حياتها.
بدء الإجراءات القانونية
وأفادت مصادر أمنية بأن المتهم قام لاحقًا بتسليم نفسه إلى أحد المراكز الأمنية في شمال العاصمة، حيث جرى توقيفه وفتح تحقيق رسمي معه، تمهيدًا لإحالته إلى مدعي عام الجنايات الكبرى لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحقه.
وأكدت الجهات المختصة أن التحقيقات ما تزال مستمرة للوقوف على كامل ملابسات الجريمة ودوافعها، قبل إصدار القرار القضائي النهائي.

من جهته، قال المتحدث باسم مديرية الأمن العام إن بلاغًا ورد إلى غرفة العمليات يفيد بقيام شخص بالاعتداء على شقيقته داخل منزل العائلة باستخدام أداة حادة.
وأضاف أن كوادر الشرطة وفرق الإسعاف تحركت على الفور إلى موقع الحادث، حيث جرى تقديم الإسعافات الأولية للمصابة ونقلها إلى المستشفى، إلا أن حالتها كانت حرجة للغاية، ولم تنجح المحاولات الطبية في إنقاذ حياتها.

A forensic report issued by the Jordan University Hospital revealed details about the murder of Jordanian lawyer Zeina Al-Majali, who was killed after being stabbed inside her family home north of the capital Amman, in an incident that has shocked the Jordanian public. According to the medical report, Al-Majali sustained four penetrating stab wounds in various parts of her body, including a direct stab to the heart, which was described as fatal and led to her immediate death due to the severe injury.
Family Dispute
The initial investigations conducted by security agencies showed that the crime occurred against the backdrop of intense disputes and a violent altercation that broke out between the perpetrator and his father inside the family home.
As the conflict escalated, Zeina Al-Majali intervened in an attempt to resolve the dispute and defend her father, before her brother stabbed her with a sharp object, according to the investigations.
According to information, family members and neighbors attempted to provide first aid to Al-Majali and urgently transport her to the hospital, but her health condition was described as extremely critical, and medical efforts to save her life were unsuccessful.
Legal Proceedings Initiated
Security sources reported that the suspect later turned himself in to a security center in the north of the capital, where he was detained and an official investigation was opened with him, in preparation for referring him to the Public Prosecutor of the Grand Criminal Court to take the necessary legal actions against him.
The relevant authorities confirmed that investigations are still ongoing to uncover all the circumstances and motives of the crime before issuing a final judicial decision.

For his part, the spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate stated that a report was received in the operations room indicating that a person had assaulted his sister inside the family home using a sharp object.
He added that police and ambulance teams immediately moved to the scene of the incident, where first aid was provided to the injured and she was transported to the hospital, but her condition was extremely critical, and medical attempts to save her life were unsuccessful.

Activists also called for the maximum penalties to be imposed on the perpetrator, amid circulating unofficial information suggesting that he had been using drugs, considering that this contributed to his loss of control and the transformation of the family dispute into a crime that claimed his sister's life while she was defending her father.
