في واقعة صادمة شهدتها إحدى المدارس الابتدائية بمحافظة الغربية المصرية، كادت حياة تلميذة تنتهي مأساوياً بعدما تُركت وحيدة داخل الفصل الدراسي، مع غلق الأبواب الحديدية بين الأدوار، عقب صرف التلاميذ والعاملين قبل المواعيد الرسمية.
وأصدرت النيابة الإدارية المصرية قرارها بإحالة 4 من مسؤولي المدرسة للتحقيق التأديبي العاجل، وهم: مدير المدرسة، المدير العام للإدارة التعليمية، وكيلة المدرسة، وإحدى المعلمات، على خلفية الإهمال الجسيم الذي كاد يودي بحياة الطفلة.
وكشفت تفاصيل الواقعة أن الطفلة حاولت القفز من الدور الأول بعدما وجدت نفسها محاصرة في الفصل، وسقطت فاقدة الوعي في فناء المدرسة، لتظل على حالتها نحو 7 ساعات قبل العثور عليها، وسط صدمة كبيرة لدى الجميع.
وأشارت التحقيقات إلى أن مدير المدرسة أصدر تعليمات بصرف التلاميذ والعاملين قبل انتهاء المواعيد الرسمية دون تكليف بالإشراف على الأدوار، بينما لم يتخذ المدير العام للإدارة التعليمية أي إجراء رغم إبلاغه بالحادثة. كما تلاعبت وكيلة المدرسة بدفتر الحضور والانصراف، وانصرفت معلمة الفصل دون التأكد من خلو الفصل من التلميذة.
ولحسن الحظ، جرى نقل الطفلة فور العثور عليها إلى المستشفى للاطمئنان على حالتها الصحية، فيما حررت الأجهزة محضراً رسمياً بالواقعة.
وأكدت لجنة تفتيش أن جميع الإجراءات التنظيمية الخاصة بسلامة التلاميذ لم تُطبق، ما حال دون مغادرتها المبنى بأمان. وأدى ذلك إلى إنهاء تكليف المدير والمدير العام السابق، وإحالة جميع المتهمين إلى المحاكمة التأديبية العاجلة، مع تكليف الجهة الإدارية بمراقبة المدارس للتأكد من الالتزام الكامل بإجراءات السلامة، وضمان عدم تكرار مثل هذه الحوادث.
In a shocking incident that took place at a primary school in the Gharbia Governorate of Egypt, the life of a student nearly ended tragically after she was left alone inside the classroom, with the iron doors locked between the floors, following the dismissal of students and staff before the official times.
The Egyptian administrative prosecution issued a decision to refer four school officials for urgent disciplinary investigation, including: the school principal, the general director of the educational administration, the deputy principal, and one of the teachers, due to the gross negligence that almost cost the child's life.
Details of the incident revealed that the girl attempted to jump from the first floor after finding herself trapped in the classroom, and she fell unconscious in the schoolyard, remaining in that state for about 7 hours before being found, causing great shock among everyone.
Investigations indicated that the school principal issued instructions to dismiss students and staff before the official times without assigning anyone to supervise the floors, while the general director of the educational administration took no action despite being informed of the incident. Additionally, the deputy principal tampered with the attendance and departure register, and the classroom teacher left without ensuring that the classroom was empty of the student.
Fortunately, the girl was taken to the hospital immediately after being found to check on her health condition, while the authorities filed an official report regarding the incident.
An inspection committee confirmed that all organizational procedures related to the safety of students were not implemented, which prevented her from leaving the building safely. This led to the termination of the assignments of the principal and the former general director, and the referral of all accused individuals to urgent disciplinary trial, with the administrative authority tasked with monitoring schools to ensure full compliance with safety procedures and to guarantee that such incidents do not recur.
