Details of the Incident
The case began after accurate information was received by the Criminal Investigation Department in Ajdabiya regarding the harsh treatment and inhumane conditions faced by the child Qusay, born in 2015.
Discovery of the Confinement
After extensive surveillance and investigations, a security force raided the location to find the child sitting inside a small room attached to a chicken coop outside the main residence, where he lived completely isolated from the world without exposure to sunlight, in conditions lacking the most basic necessities of life.
