أصدرت محكمة جنايات شبرا الخيمة حكمها النهائي، مؤيدة إعدام الأب المصري الشهير بـ «سفاح قليوب»، بعد إدانته بقتل أبنائه الأربعة أثناء نومهم، في جريمة هزت الرأي العام وأثارت صدمة واسعة في مصر.
وكشفت التحقيقات أن المتهم أعد السكين مسبقًا وانتظر حتى نوم أبنائه (نديم، وتغريد، وتسنيم، وجلال) ثم نفذ جريمته البشعة بحزم ودم بارد. وأظهرت التحقيقات أن الدافع كان الانتقام من طليقته، إذ اختار قتل الأبناء الأبرياء كوسيلة للانتقام.
وعثر الأمن المصري على سلاح ناري وست طلقات غير مرخصة، إلى جانب السكين المستخدم في الجريمة ومواد مخدرة بقصد التعاطي، ما يضيف بعدًا آخر للفظاعة ويكشف حجم التورط الكامل للمتهم.
وبعد رفض المحكمة الاستئناف المقدم من المتهم، أصبح حكم الإعدام شنقًا نهائيًا، مؤكداً إدانته بقتل عمد مع سبق الإصرار، في واحدة من أكثر الجرائم الأسرية بشاعة في تاريخ مصر الحديث.
The Shubra El-Kheima Criminal Court issued its final ruling, upholding the execution of the Egyptian father known as the "Kalyoub Butcher," after he was convicted of killing his four children while they were sleeping, in a crime that shocked public opinion and caused widespread outrage in Egypt.
Investigations revealed that the accused had prepared the knife in advance and waited until his children (Nadeem, Taghreed, Tasneem, and Jalal) were asleep before carrying out his heinous crime with determination and cold blood. The investigations showed that the motive was revenge against his ex-wife, as he chose to kill the innocent children as a means of retaliation.
The Egyptian security forces found a firearm and six unlicensed bullets, in addition to the knife used in the crime and narcotic substances intended for use, which adds another dimension to the horror and reveals the extent of the accused's complete involvement.
After the court rejected the appeal submitted by the accused, the death sentence by hanging became final, confirming his conviction for premeditated murder, in one of the most horrific family crimes in modern Egyptian history.
