شهدت ضواحي العاصمة الروسية موسكو حادثة دموية صادمة داخل مدرسة ثانوية، بعدما ألقت السلطات القبض على طالب في الـ15 من عمره بعد تنفيذه هجوما بالأسلحة البيضاء على مدرسته، أسفر عن مقتل طالب في العاشرة وحارس أمن، إضافة إلى إصابة عدد من التلاميذ، في واقعة أعادت ملف العنف المدرسي إلى الواجهة بقوة.
وبحسب ما أعلنته الشرطة الروسية، فإن المشتبه به المدعو تيموثي ك اقتحم مدرسة أوسبينسكايا الثانوية الشاملة وهو يرتدي قناعا وخوذة تحمل شعارات متطرفة، وكان بحوزته سكينان وبخاخ فلفل، قبل أن يبدأ الاعتداء داخل أروقة المدرسة، ما استدعى تدخلا عاجلا من قوات أمن مدججة بالسلاح لإيقافه داخل الفصول الدراسية.
وأفادت الرواية الرسمية بأن حارس الأمن دميتري بافلوف البالغ من العمر 32 عاما حاول نزع السلاح من الطالب أثناء تهديده مجموعة من التلاميذ، إلا أن المهاجم رشّ بخاخ الفلفل في وجهه ثم طعنه من الخلف، ليفارق الحياة لاحقا متأثرا بجراحه.
وأضافت التقارير أن الطالب المشتبه به لاحق طفلا يبلغ من العمر عشرة أعوام داخل ممرات المدرسة وسلالمها، قبل أن يعتدي عليه بسكين، ما أدى إلى مقتله، فيما كشفت وسائل إعلام محلية أن المهاجم وثّق تفاصيل الهجوم بهاتفه المحمول.
وخلال دقائق الرعب، فرّ عدد من الطلاب إلى خارج المدرسة رغم البرودة القاسية، بينما تحصن آخرون داخل الفصول لمنع وصول المهاجم إليهم، وأُصيب طالبان آخران على الأقل، ونُقل المصابون إلى المستشفى لتلقي العلاج.
وفي تطور لافت، أشارت الشرطة إلى أن المشتبه به كتب بيانا من 11 صفحة قبل تنفيذ الهجوم ووزعه على زملائه، عبّر فيه عن كراهيته للمجتمع، وقام بتقسيم الناس على أسس قومية ودينية، كما عُثر بحوزته على مواد يُشتبه في كونها متفجرات داخل المدرسة.
من جانبه، قال والد المشتبه به إنه علم بالحادثة عبر وسائل الإعلام، معترفا بعجزه عن فهم ما دفع ابنه إلى ارتكاب هذا الفعل.
وتأتي هذه الواقعة بعد يوم واحد فقط من حادثة مشابهة في مدينة سانت بطرسبرغ، حيث تعرضت معلمة رياضيات لطعنات خطيرة على يد طالب في الـ15، ولا تزال تتلقى العلاج في العناية المركزة، ما أثار موجة قلق واسعة بشأن تصاعد العنف داخل المؤسسات التعليمية في روسيا.
The suburbs of the Russian capital, Moscow, witnessed a shocking bloody incident inside a high school, after authorities arrested a 15-year-old student for carrying out a knife attack at his school, resulting in the death of a 10-year-old student and a security guard, in addition to injuring several other students, in an event that has brought the issue of school violence back to the forefront.
According to the Russian police, the suspect, named Timothy K, stormed into the Ouspenskaya Comprehensive High School wearing a mask and a helmet adorned with extremist symbols, armed with two knives and pepper spray, before he began the assault inside the school corridors, prompting an urgent intervention from armed security forces to stop him inside the classrooms.
The official account stated that the 32-year-old security guard, Dmitry Pavlov, attempted to disarm the student while he was threatening a group of students, but the attacker sprayed pepper spray in his face and then stabbed him in the back, causing him to later succumb to his injuries.
Reports added that the suspect chased a 10-year-old boy through the school hallways and stairs before attacking him with a knife, leading to his death, while local media revealed that the attacker documented the details of the assault with his mobile phone.
During the minutes of terror, several students fled outside the school despite the harsh cold, while others barricaded themselves inside classrooms to prevent the attacker from reaching them. At least two other students were injured and were taken to the hospital for treatment.
In a notable development, police indicated that the suspect wrote an 11-page statement before carrying out the attack and distributed it to his classmates, expressing his hatred for society and dividing people along national and religious lines. He was also found to possess materials suspected to be explosives inside the school.
For his part, the suspect's father stated that he learned about the incident through the media, admitting his inability to understand what drove his son to commit this act.
This incident comes just one day after a similar occurrence in the city of Saint Petersburg, where a mathematics teacher was seriously stabbed by a 15-year-old student and is still receiving treatment in intensive care, raising widespread concern about the rise of violence within educational institutions in Russia.
