في عملية أمنية استثنائية تكاد تشبه مشاهد أفلام الإثارة، نجحت الأجهزة الأمنية المصرية في فك شفرة إحدى أخطر العصابات المتخصصة في تجارة مخدر «الهيدرو» الشهير، بعد مطاردة طويلة، استخدم فيها المتهمون أحدث الأدوات التكنولوجية لمحاولة الإفلات من الرقابة الأمنية، لتتمكن السلطات في النهاية من كشف مخابئهم وتفكيك شبكتهم الإجرامية.
وواجهت «الداخلية المصرية» عصابة خطيرة لترويج المخدرات في الجامعات الجديدة في مدينتَي بدر والمستقبل، إذ اتبع المتهمون وسائل تقنية معقدة، وهواتف وحسابات على الإنترنت مؤمنة ضد السرقة أو الاختراق، ما دعا الشرطة لاستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي.
وقال مصدر أمني في وزارة الداخلية المصرية، إن التوجيهات صدرت إلى الإدارة العامة لمكافحة المخدرات بمتابعة وضبط العناصر المتورطة في ترويج المواد المخدرة، لتبدأ الأجهزة الأمنية على الفور في تكثيف حملاتها على العناصر الخطرة.
بداية التتبع
وبحسب موقع «سكاي نيوز عربية»، فإن الأسلوب الذي استحدثته الإدارة كان رصد التطبيقات على الهواتف المحمولة المؤمنة ضد الاختراق والتتبع، من خلال تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
ولفت المصدر الأمني إلى أن نتيجة الرصد أشارت إلى أن التشكيل الإجرامي يستهدف طلبة جامعات بدر والمستقبل بمخدر «الهيدرو»، حيث يتم بيع المواد المخدرة من خلال أرقام دولية تمكنوا من الحصول عليها من خلال «الدارك ويب».
وتابع: «استخدم مروجو المخدرات أسلوب الترك وإرسال الإحداثيات في توزيع الهيدرو، بينما كانوا يحصلون على الأموال من خلال محافظ إلكترونية وحسابات غير قابلة للتتبع، ولكن تكثيف الجهود الأمنية، واستعمال وسائل الذكاء الاصطناعي مكّن الأجهزة الأمنية من ضبط المتهمين».
دور التقنيات الذكية
وعن الطريقة التي أُلقي بها القبض على المتهمين، قال العقيد أحمد محمود إن الأجهزة الأمنية نصبت كميناً، إذ تم عمل طلبية لمخدر «الهيدرو» عبر التطبيقات التي خصصوها لذلك، وتم الدفع بالفعل من خلال محفظة إلكترونية، ولكن المتهم الأول في القضية سقط في خطأ، إذ أرسل صورة للمخدر في المكان المتفق عليه، ولكن خياله وخيال سيارته ظهرا في الصورة.
وهنا، وفق المصدر الأمني، جاء دور تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، إذ تم إدخال الصورة على برنامج «AI»، الذي قرر أن السيارة من طراز «أودي 3» أو «بيجو 207»، فقام الضباط بمتابعة الكاميرات ليصلوا إلى سيارة أودي سوداء كانت بالمنطقة، وتبين أن سائقها هو المتهم.
رقم هاتف لطلب «الهيدرو»
وأشار إلى أن رقم الهاتف الذي استخدمه المتهمون للتواصل وطلب مخدر «الهيدرو» بريطاني، والهاتف الذي يحمل الرقم يحتوي على تطبيقات حديثة، يتم التواصل مع راغبي الشراء من خلالها، وإرسال صور المخدر في «مكان الترك» أو نقطة التسليم المتفق عليها، بعد الدفع الإلكتروني من خلال محفظة هاتف.
تطوير الأدوات التقنية
من جانبه، قال الخبير في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي والأمن السيبراني المهندس أحمد عبدالفتاح، إن الأجهزة الأمنية المصرية تمكنت خلال السنوات الأخيرة من تطوير أدواتها التقنية بشكل ملحوظ، لا سيما في ما يتعلق بتقنيات وبرامج الذكاء الاصطناعي واستخداماتها.
وأكد في حديث خاص لموقع «سكاي نيوز عربية»، أن هذا التطور قاد إلى ضبط عدد غير قليل من القضايا المتنوعة، خلال الأشهر الأخيرة، من بينها قضايا مخدرات وجرائم سرقة وغيرها، إلا أن القضية الحالية تعد واحدة من أخطر وأهم القضايا التي دخل الذكاء الاصطناعي عنصراً فيها.

Beginning of the Tracking
According to "Sky News Arabia," the method introduced by the administration involved monitoring applications on secure mobile phones against hacking and tracking, using artificial intelligence technologies.
The security source pointed out that the monitoring results indicated that the criminal organization targeted students at Badr and Al-Mustaqbal universities with the "hydro" drug, where the narcotics were sold through international numbers they obtained from the "dark web."
He continued: "The drug dealers used a method of leaving and sending coordinates for distributing the hydro, while they received payments through electronic wallets and untraceable accounts. However, the intensification of security efforts and the use of artificial intelligence enabled the security forces to apprehend the suspects."
Role of Smart Technologies
Regarding the method by which the suspects were arrested, Colonel Ahmed Mahmoud stated that the security forces set up an ambush, as an order for the "hydro" drug was placed through the applications designated for that purpose, and payment was indeed made through an electronic wallet. However, the main suspect in the case made a mistake by sending a picture of the drug at the agreed location, but his reflection and the reflection of his car appeared in the image.
At this point, according to the security source, the role of artificial intelligence technologies came into play, as the image was entered into an "AI" program, which determined that the car was an "Audi A3" or "Peugeot 207." The officers then monitored the cameras to locate a black Audi car in the area, and it turned out that its driver was the suspect.
Phone Number for Ordering "Hydro"
He noted that the phone number used by the suspects to communicate and order the "hydro" drug was British, and the phone carrying that number contained modern applications used to communicate with potential buyers and send pictures of the drug at the "drop" location or the agreed delivery point, after electronic payment through a mobile wallet.
Development of Technical Tools
For his part, engineer Ahmed Abdel Fattah, an expert in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, stated that Egyptian security forces have managed in recent years to significantly develop their technical tools, especially regarding artificial intelligence technologies and their applications.
In a special interview with "Sky News Arabia," he confirmed that this development has led to the apprehension of a considerable number of diverse cases in recent months, including drug cases, theft crimes, and others. However, the current case is considered one of the most dangerous and important cases in which artificial intelligence has played a role.
