أمرت محكمة في مدينة كانو، أكبر مدن شمال نيجيريا، بإتمام زواج اثنين من مشاهير «تيك توك» بعد نشرهما مقطع فيديو اعتُبر «منافياً للآداب»، بحسب ما أفادت أمس (الثلاثاء) مصادر قضائية وأمنية.
وطلب قاضٍ من الشرطة التي تعرف باسم «الحسبة»، إتمام الزواج خلال مهلة أقصاها 60 يوماً، بعدما نشر إدريس ماي ووشيريا وباسيرا يار غودا، وهي امرأة تعاني من التقزّم، مقاطع تُظهرهما في تصرف يُعدّ مخالفاً للتقاليد الاجتماعية في المجتمع المسلم المحافظ بالمدينة.
وقال المتحدث باسم السلطة القضائية في كانو بابا جيبو إبراهيم، إن المحكمة «أمرت شرطة الحسبة بعقد قران الرجل والمرأة لأنهما أظهرا علناً حبهما على تيك توك»، مضيفاً أن الزواج يجب أن يتم «في غضون شهرين». وأكد مسؤول في الشرطة أن «العروسين وافقا على القرار».
وتقوم شرطة «الحسبة» بانتظام باعتقال ومعاقبة مؤثرين تعتبر محتواهم «غير أخلاقي» على المنصات الرقمية.
A court in Kano, the largest city in northern Nigeria, ordered the marriage of two TikTok celebrities after they posted a video deemed "immoral," according to judicial and security sources reported yesterday (Tuesday).
A judge requested the police, known as the "Hisbah," to finalize the marriage within a maximum of 60 days, after Idris Mai Woshiria and Basira Yar Goda, a woman with dwarfism, shared clips showing them engaging in behavior considered contrary to the social traditions of the conservative Muslim community in the city.
The spokesperson for the judiciary in Kano, Baba Jibo Ibrahim, stated that the court "ordered the Hisbah police to conduct the marriage ceremony for the man and woman because they publicly expressed their love on TikTok," adding that the marriage must take place "within two months." A police official confirmed that "the couple agreed to the decision."
The "Hisbah" police regularly arrest and punish influencers whose content is deemed "immoral" on digital platforms.
