هل تتذكر حوادث عبور الأسوار أو السباحة نحو السواحل الأوروبية؟ انسَ كل ما تعرفه. ففي واقعة غريبة، اهتزت السلطات الإسبانية في مدينة سبتة بعد أن نفّذ مهاجر عملية تسلل جوية غاية في الجرأة، استخدم فيها مظلة لعبور الحدود من الأراضي المغربية.

رصدت كاميرات المراقبة الأمنية لحظة دخول المهاجر إلى الأراضي الأوروبية من الجو. ونجح الشاب، الذي يُرجح أن يكون في العشرينات من عمره، في التحليق فوق جبل موسى المغربي وهبط في منطقة سيدي إبراهيم داخل سبتة. وهي منطقة يرتادها عادة المتنزهون وهواة الدراجات في المدينة الساحلية المطلة على جبل طارق.
اختفاء غامض
توجهت قوات الحرس المدني الإسباني فورًا إلى نقطة الهبوط بعد رصد المظلة. لكن المفاجأة كانت في عدم العثور على أي أثر للمهاجر، بل وجدوا فقط معدات الهبوط الملونة التي تخلّى عنها. لقد اختفى المهاجر ببراعة، تاركًا خلفه المظلة وورطة للسلطات.
كسر النمط التقليدي
عادةً ما تتركز محاولات العبور في هذه المنطقة على تسلق الأسوار الحديدية أو السباحة لمسافات طويلة. لكن هذه الحادثة هي الأولى التي يُستخدم فيها الطيران الخفيف في المنطقة الحدودية بين المغرب وسبتة.
لماذا هذا التوقيت؟
رجّحت التقارير الإعلامية أن المهاجر اختار هذا التوقيت تزامنًا مع عملية نقل دفعات من المهاجرين من مراكز الإيواء المؤقتة في سبتة إلى البر الإسباني. وهذا التوقيت ربما سهّل عليه تنفيذ خطته دون رصد فوري. كما أن السلطات كانت قد تلقت تحذيرات سابقة حول إمكانية استخدام معدات الطيران الخفيف، خصوصًا بعد تداول مقاطع على «تيك توك» تُظهر تجارب للمظلات قرب الحدود.

من جانبها، بدأت السلطات الإسبانية تحقيقًا موسعًا لمعرفة هوية المهاجر، وما إذا كان من أصول مغربية أو من دول أفريقية في جنوب الصحراء. وتخشى السلطات تكرار هذه المحاولات في المستقبل، خصوصاً بعد أن نشرت مجموعات أدلة توضح «النقاط الأكثر ضعفًا» في الجدار الحدودي.

The young man, who is believed to be in his twenties, successfully flew over Mount Musa in Morocco and landed in the Sidi Ibrahim area within Ceuta. This area is usually frequented by hikers and cycling enthusiasts in the coastal city overlooking the Strait of Gibraltar.
Mysterious Disappearance
Spanish Civil Guard forces immediately headed to the landing point after spotting the parachute. However, the surprise was in not finding any trace of the migrant; they only found the colorful landing equipment he had abandoned. The migrant had cleverly disappeared, leaving behind the parachute and a predicament for the authorities.
Breaking the Traditional Pattern
Attempts to cross in this area usually focus on climbing iron fences or swimming long distances. But this incident is the first to involve light aviation in the border area between Morocco and Ceuta.
Why This Timing?
Media reports suggested that the migrant chose this timing coinciding with the transfer of batches of migrants from temporary shelters in Ceuta to the Spanish mainland. This timing may have facilitated the execution of his plan without immediate detection. Authorities had also received prior warnings about the potential use of light aviation equipment, especially after videos circulated on TikTok showing parachute trials near the border.
