شهدت مدينة العامرية في محافظة الإسكندرية شمال مصر، مأساة مروعة، حيث ارتكب أب في العقد الرابع من عمره جريمة أسرية بشعة أودت بحياة ابنته الصغرى البالغة 7 أعوام، وأصابت شقيقتها الكبرى البالغة 13 عاماً بجروح خطيرة في الرقبة، قبل أن ينتحر بالسلاح الأبيض نفسه داخل مسكنه.
ووفقاً للتحقيقات الأولية التي أجرتها نيابة جنوب الإسكندرية، بدأت الجريمة عندما استغل الأب براءة طفلتيه، وأوهمهما بشراء «حقائب مدرسية جديدة» ليستدرجهما إلى الشقة العائلية، بعد أن كانتا تقضيان الليلة السابقة مع والدتهما في مكان آخر بسبب خلافات أسرية.
وبمجرد دخولهما، هاجم الأب الطفلة الكبرى بطعنات نافذة في الرقبة، لكنها نجحت في الهرب بأعجوبة وطلبت المساعدة من الجيران، الذين أسرعوا بنقلها إلى مستشفى الشاطبي حيث تخضع حالياً للعلاج في غرفة العناية المركزة وفي حالة حرجة، أما الطفلة الصغرى، فقد لاقت حتفها على الفور بسبب الطعنات المتعددة، فيما طعن الأب نفسه عدة مرات ليلفظ أنفاسه الأخيرة أثناء نقله إلى المستشفى.
وكشفت التحقيقات أن الجريمة كانت نتيجة مكالمة هاتفية أخيرة بين الأب وزوجته المنفصلة، حيث هددها بـ«الانتقام» إذا لم تعد إليه، ورفضت هي الاستجابة، ما أشعل غضبه ودفعه إلى تنفيذ التهديد.
وأكدت المصادر الأمنية أن الأب كان يعاني من ضغوط نفسية متراكمة بسبب الخلافات الزوجية، ولم يكن لديه سجل إجرامي سابق، لكن التحقيقات مستمرة لاستجواب الزوجة وجمع شهادات الجيران.
وأثارت الحادثة، التي وُصفت بـ«مذبحة العامرية» على غرار جرائم أسرية سابقة، صدمة واسعة بين الأهالي والمجتمع، ودفعت السلطات الأمنية إلى التحقيق في أسبابها العائلية العميقة.
حوادث أسرية متزايدة
وتأتي هذه الجريمة في سياق متزايد للحوادث الأسرية المأساوية في مصر، حيث سجلت السنوات الأخيرة ارتفاعاً في حالات القتل العائلي الناتج عن خلافات زوجية وضغوط اقتصادية ونفسية، خصوصا بعد جائحة كورونا التي زادت من التوترات داخل الأسر.
وشهدت مصر قبل أيام جريمة مشابهة في مدينة نبروه بمحافظة الدقهلية والتي عرفت باسم جريمة «مذبحة نبروه»، حيث قتل أب أطفاله الثلاثة وزوجته ثم انتحر.
The city of Al-Amiriya in Alexandria Governorate, northern Egypt, witnessed a horrific tragedy, where a father in his forties committed a gruesome family crime that claimed the life of his youngest daughter, aged 7, and seriously injured her 13-year-old sister in the neck, before he committed suicide with the same weapon inside his home.
According to the initial investigations conducted by the South Alexandria Prosecution, the crime began when the father exploited his daughters' innocence, deceiving them into believing he was buying "new school bags" to lure them to the family apartment, after they had spent the previous night with their mother elsewhere due to family disputes.
As soon as they entered, the father attacked the older daughter with fatal stabs to the neck, but she miraculously managed to escape and sought help from neighbors, who hurried to take her to Al-Shatbi Hospital, where she is currently receiving treatment in the intensive care unit and is in critical condition. The younger daughter, however, died instantly due to multiple stab wounds, while the father stabbed himself several times, taking his last breaths while being transported to the hospital.
Investigations revealed that the crime was the result of a final phone call between the father and his estranged wife, where he threatened her with "revenge" if she did not return to him, which she refused to do, igniting his anger and prompting him to carry out the threat.
Security sources confirmed that the father was suffering from accumulated psychological pressures due to marital disputes and had no prior criminal record, but investigations are ongoing to interrogate the wife and gather testimonies from neighbors.
The incident, described as the "Al-Amiriya Massacre" similar to previous family crimes, has caused widespread shock among residents and the community, prompting security authorities to investigate its deep-rooted familial causes.
Increasing Family Incidents
This crime comes amid a rising trend of tragic family incidents in Egypt, where recent years have seen an increase in cases of family killings resulting from marital disputes and economic and psychological pressures, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic heightened tensions within families.
Just days ago, Egypt witnessed a similar crime in the city of Nabroh in Dakahlia Governorate, known as the "Nabroh Massacre," where a father killed his three children and wife before committing suicide.
