قضت خبيرة المكياج الكندية براندي بوليه وقتاً طويلاً في دراسة جلد الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب، وذلك أثناء عملها على فيلم The Apprentice (2024)، حيث ساعدت الممثل سيباستيان ستان على تقمص شخصية ترمب الشاب.
وقد تطلب عملها التدقيق في الصور الأرشيفية بدقة كبيرة لمحاكاة ملمس البشرة، والعرق، والشعيرات الدموية، ولون البشرة المميز للرئيس.
كدمة أم تمويه ؟
وبحسب صحيفة واشنطن بوست، يشير الخبراء إلى أن تغيّر لون يد ترمب الذي أثار جدلاً واسعاً ليس مجرد كدمة، بل قد يكون محاولة لتغطية آثارها عبر مكياج متخصص. وأوضحت بوليه أن دراسة البشرة بهذه الطريقة تساعد على فهم التغيرات اللونية الطبيعية أو الاصطناعية التي تحدث في صور الشخصيات العامة.

Her work required meticulous examination of archival photos to simulate the texture of the skin, sweat, capillaries, and the president's distinctive skin tone.

According to the Washington Post, experts indicate that the change in the color of Trump's hand, which has sparked widespread controversy, is not merely a bruise but could be an attempt to cover its effects with specialized makeup. Paulie explained that studying the skin in this way helps to understand the natural or artificial color changes that occur in the images of public figures.
