For the fourth consecutive year, Manchester Airport ranked last among British airports, according to the annual ranking by the "Which" organization, which was based on the opinions of around 5,800 travelers. Terminal 3 at the airport was rated as the worst terminal in Britain, receiving low scores in most categories, from security queues and store and restaurant prices to the lack of available seating.

The airport, which serves more than 29 million passengers annually, has faced widespread criticism due to poor services and flight delays averaging 20 minutes, in addition to controversial incidents such as the assault on two policewomen during disturbances that occurred last year. The crisis was not limited to Terminal 3, as Terminal 1 ranked second to last, and Terminal 2 came in fourth from the bottom, while London Luton Airport faced similar issues.

In contrast, Exeter Airport topped the list of the best airports in Britain with a five-star rating for customer service and security procedures, followed by Liverpool John Lennon Airport and London City Airport. At the European level, Rome Fiumicino Airport maintained its position as the best airport on the continent for the seventh consecutive year, thanks to environmental projects and advanced services that enhanced the travel experience.
