اضطرت طائرة كانت متجهة من مدينة مانشستر البريطانية إلى لارنكا القبرصية إلى الهبوط اضطرارياً في مطار كولونيا بون بألمانيا، بعدما تسببت راكبة ثملة في حالة فوضى على متنها.
وقالت الشرطة الألمانية اليوم (الجمعة)، إن الراكبة البريطانية البالغة من العمر 41 عاماً، اعتدت بالضرب والركل والشتائم على ركاب وأفراد من طاقم الطائرة مساء الخميس، ما دفع قائد الطائرة لاتخاذ قرار الهبوط حفاظاً على سلامة الجميع.
وعقب الهبوط، أوقفت الشرطة المرأة على المدرج ليتبين في الفحوصات اللاحقة أن نسبة الكحول في دمها مرتفعة، ومن المقرر إعادتها إلى بريطانيا بعد إطلاق سراحها.
وأكدت الشرطة أن أحداً لم يُصب بأذى في الحادثة، فيما نُقل الركاب إلى صالة الترانزيت بانتظار طائرة بديلة، بعدما تعذر استكمال الرحلة بالطائرة الأصلية بسبب عطل فني طرأ عليها.

The German police said today (Friday) that the 41-year-old British passenger assaulted fellow passengers and crew members with punches, kicks, and insults on Thursday evening, prompting the pilot to make the decision to land for the safety of everyone.
After landing, the police detained the woman on the runway, and subsequent tests revealed that her blood alcohol level was high. She is set to be returned to the UK after her release.
The police confirmed that no one was injured in the incident, while the passengers were transferred to the transit lounge awaiting a replacement flight, as it was not possible to continue the journey with the original aircraft due to a technical malfunction.
