في واقعة أثارت موجة غضب في مصر، انتشر مقطع فيديو صادم على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي يكشف استغلال أطفال أحداث في أعمال تسول وبيع سلع بطريقة إلحاحية في شوارع القاهرة والجيزة، ويُظهر أطفالاً صغاراً يتعرضون للإكراه والاستغلال من قبل عصابة منظمة، مما أثار موجة من الجدل حول حماية الأطفال.
وأظهر مقطع فيديو تم تداوله على مستوى واسع في البلاد مكاناً غامضاً ومظلماً أطلق عليه «الثقب الأسود»، يتردد عليه أطفال ونساء وشباب، وسط تكهنات بوجود أنشطة مشبوهة، حيث استمرار دخول وخروج نساء وشباب وأطفال دون توقف، وهو ما عزز الشكوك حول طبيعة الأنشطة الجارية بداخل هذا المكان الذي يقع أسفل أحد الجسور.
واستجابت وزارة الداخلية بسرعة للفيديو، الذي رصدته أجهزة الأمن، حيث أعلنت الإدارة العامة لمباحث رعاية الأحداث ضبط 24 شخصاً، بينهم سيدة، في أحياء بولاق الدكرور، مدينة نصر أول، مصر الجديدة، والنزهة بمحافظتي القاهرة والجيزة.
ووفقاً لبيان الوزارة، فإن 14 من المتهمين لهم سوابق جنائية، وتم اتهامهم باستغلال 23 طفلاً في أعمال التسول واستجداء المارة وبيع السلع بطريقة إلحاحية، مع الاستيلاء على متحصلاتهم بالإكراه، وأن الأطفال المجني عليهم، الذين تم تحديدهم كمعرضين للخطر، كانوا يُجبرون على التسول أو بيع سلع مثل المناديل الورقية في ظروف قاسية. وأوضحت وزارة الداخلية أنه بعد التحقيق، اعترف المتهمون بنشاطهم الإجرامي، مؤكدين أنهم كانوا يستغلون الأطفال لتحقيق أرباح غير مشروعة. وفي خطوة إنسانية، أعلنت وزارة الداخلية تسليم الأطفال إلى ذويهم مع أخذ تعهدات بحسن رعايتهم، فيما تم التنسيق مع دور الرعاية لإيواء من تعذر الوصول إلى أهاليهم.
وهذه الواقعة ليست الأولى من نوعها، إذ أعلنت الوزارة في الأسابيع الأخيرة حملات مماثلة، إذ تم ضبط 15 شخصاً في التجمع الأول والخامس والقطامية، وآخرين في أحياء عابدين والطالبية والعجوزة، لاستغلالهم أطفالاً في أعمال مماثلة. وأثارت الواقعة ردود فعل غاضبة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، إذ طالب المستخدمون بتشديد العقوبات على المستغلين وتوفير حماية أفضل للأطفال، كما دعت منظمات حقوقية إلى تعزيز الرقابة على دور الرعاية وضمان إعادة تأهيل الأطفال الضحايا.

This fueled suspicions about the nature of the activities taking place inside this location, which is situated beneath one of the bridges.
The Ministry of Interior quickly responded to the video, which was monitored by security agencies, announcing that the General Administration for Child Protection had apprehended 24 individuals, including a woman, in the neighborhoods of Bulaq Dakrour, Nasr City First, Heliopolis, and Al-Nuzha in Cairo and Giza governorates.
According to the ministry's statement, 14 of the suspects have criminal records and were accused of exploiting 23 children in begging, soliciting passersby, and selling goods in a coercive manner, while forcibly seizing their earnings. The child victims, identified as being at risk, were forced to beg or sell items such as tissue paper under harsh conditions. The Ministry of Interior clarified that after investigation, the suspects admitted to their criminal activities, confirming that they were exploiting children for illicit profits. In a humanitarian step, the Ministry of Interior announced the return of the children to their families with commitments to ensure their proper care, while coordinating with care homes to shelter those whose families could not be reached.
This incident is not the first of its kind, as the ministry announced similar campaigns in recent weeks, having apprehended 15 individuals in the First and Fifth Settlements and Katameya, along with others in the neighborhoods of Abdeen, Talbiya, and Agouza for exploiting children in similar activities. The incident provoked angry reactions on social media, with users demanding stricter penalties for exploiters and better protection for children. Human rights organizations also called for enhanced oversight of care homes and ensuring the rehabilitation of child victims.
