ألقت أجهزة الأمن المصرية القبض على صانعة محتوى على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بمحافظة الإسكندرية، بعد اتهامها بالتشهير بالفنانة وفاء عامر من خلال نشر مقاطع فيديو زعمت فيها تورط الفنانة في الاتجار بالأعضاء البشرية.
وجاءت الواقعة عقب تقدم الفنانة وفاء عامر بأربعة بلاغات للأجهزة الأمنية ضد المتهمة، التي ادعت انتماءها إلى إحدى العائلات المعروفة في مصر تحت اسم «بنت الرئيس مبارك»، ما دفع السلطات إلى اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية سريعة.
وكشفت التحقيقات أن المتهمة وهي امرأة مقيمة بدائرة قسم شرطة إمبابة بالجيزة، تم ضبطها في الإسكندرية وبحوزتها هاتفان محمولان، وبفحص أحد الهاتفين، تبين وجود محفظة مالية تحتوي على مبالغ مالية محولة من الخارج، ما أثار شكوكاً حول دوافعها المالية.
وأوضحت الداخلية أنه بمواجهة صانعة المحتوى اعترفت باختلاق هذه الادعاءات ونشرها عبر صفحاتها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، بهدف زيادة نسب المشاهدات وتحقيق أرباح مالية، وأُحيلت القضية إلى النيابة العامة لاستكمال التحقيقات واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة.
وقبل أيام انتشرت مقاطع فيديو على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي تتهم الفنانة وفاء عامر بالتورط في الاتجار بالأعضاء البشرية، بما في ذلك مزاعم تتعلق بوفاة لاعب نادي الزمالك إبراهيم شيكا، وأثارت هذه المقاطع جدلاً واسعاً، خصوصاً بعد ادعاء المتهمة أنها ابنة الرئيس السابق حسني مبارك.
وفي وقت سابق أكدت الفنانة وفاء عامر، أنها لن تتهاون في مواجهة هذه الادعاءات الباطلة، مشيرة إلى أنها ستلاحق قانونياً كل من يسعى للإساءة إليها.
وكانت وفاء قد أعلنت عبر صفحتها على «فيسبوك» أنها تقدمت بشكاوى رسمية للجهات المختصة، مؤكدة ثقتها في القضاء المصري لاستعادة سمعتها وحماية حقوقها.
بدورها أعلنت نقابة المهن التمثيلية دعمها الكامل للفنانة، مشيرة إلى أنها شكلت لجنة قانونية لمتابعة القضية والدفاع عن عضوها ضد ما وصفته بأنه «حملة تشهير خبيثة».
The Egyptian security forces arrested a content creator on social media in Alexandria after she was accused of defaming the artist Wafaa Amer by publishing video clips in which she claimed the artist was involved in human organ trafficking.
The incident came after Wafaa Amer filed four reports with the security authorities against the accused, who claimed to belong to one of the well-known families in Egypt under the name "the daughter of President Mubarak," prompting the authorities to take swift legal action.
Investigations revealed that the accused, a woman residing in the Imbaba police station area in Giza, was arrested in Alexandria with two mobile phones in her possession. Upon examining one of the phones, it was found to contain a digital wallet with funds transferred from abroad, raising suspicions about her financial motives.
The Ministry of Interior stated that when confronted, the content creator admitted to fabricating these allegations and publishing them on her social media pages to increase viewership and generate financial profits. The case has been referred to the public prosecution to continue investigations and take the necessary legal actions.
Days ago, video clips circulated on social media accusing artist Wafaa Amer of being involved in human organ trafficking, including claims related to the death of Zamalek Club player Ibrahim Shika. These clips sparked widespread controversy, especially after the accused claimed she was the daughter of former President Hosni Mubarak.
Earlier, artist Wafaa Amer confirmed that she would not tolerate these false allegations, indicating that she would legally pursue anyone attempting to defame her.
Wafaa had announced on her Facebook page that she had filed official complaints with the relevant authorities, expressing her confidence in the Egyptian judiciary to restore her reputation and protect her rights.
For its part, the Actors' Syndicate announced its full support for the artist, stating that it had formed a legal committee to follow up on the case and defend its member against what it described as a "malicious defamation campaign."
