ضرب عطل فني مفاجئ خدمات «شات جي بي تي» اليوم (الثلاثاء)، ما أدى إلى انقطاع الخدمة عن عدد من المستخدمين حول العالم، وذلك بحسب بيانات نشرها موقع تتبع الأعطال «داون ديتيكتور».
وكشف الموقع أن المستخدمين غير قادرين على تسجيل الدخول وإرسال رسائل إلى برنامج الذكاء الاصطناعي الأشهر بالعالم، ورصد العديد من شكاوى المستخدمين على منصة «إكس».
فيما قالت شركة «أوبن إيه آي» -مطورة «شات جي بي تي»- إنها تواصل التحقيق في المشكلة، إلا أنها لم تكشف عن الأسباب أو موعد استعادة الخدمة بشكل طبيعي.
وذكرت شركة الذكاء الاصطناعي الأمريكية أن العطل قد يكون ناجماً عن ارتفاع معدلات الأخطاء على أداة توليد الفيديوهات «سورا»، وتم تصنيف هذا العطل على أنه «جزئي»، إذ تمكن عدد من المستخدمين من التواصل مع تطبيق «شات جي بي تي» بشكل طبيعي.
يذكر أن تطبيق «شات جي بي تي» هو تطبيق ذكاء اصطناعي متخصص في المحادثة والإجابة عن الأسئلة المختلفة، قدمته شركة «أوبن إيه آي» لمحاكاة المحادثات البشرية عبر تقنيات حديثة ومتطورة، ويعتمد التطبيق في عمله على مجموعة من المراجعات البشرية التي تساعده على التعلم لإجراء محادثات ناجحة كالتي تحدث بين الأفراد.
ويتميز البرنامج بقدرته على فهم الكلمات المختلفة وتقديم الردود المناسبة لإجراء محادثة بشكل طبيعي، وبدعمه العديد من اللغات من بينها اللغة العربية، وتقديمه الإجابات على الاستفسارات والأسئلة المطروحة بسهولة وسلاسة ويقوم بتنفيذ مجموعة من المهمات الكتابية لقدرته على تحديد الأخطاء الكتابية وتصحيحها وغيرها من الخدمات لمستخدميه.
A sudden technical malfunction affected "ChatGPT" services today (Tuesday), leading to service interruptions for a number of users around the world, according to data published by the outage tracking site "Downdetector".
The site revealed that users were unable to log in and send messages to the world's most famous AI program, and many user complaints were noted on the "X" platform.
Meanwhile, the company "OpenAI" - the developer of "ChatGPT" - stated that it is continuing to investigate the issue, but it has not disclosed the reasons or when the service will be restored to normal.
The American artificial intelligence company mentioned that the outage may be due to increased error rates on the video generation tool "Sora", and this outage has been classified as "partial", as some users were able to communicate with the "ChatGPT" application normally.
It is worth noting that the "ChatGPT" application is an artificial intelligence application specialized in conversation and answering various questions, presented by "OpenAI" to simulate human conversations through modern and advanced technologies. The application relies on a set of human reviews that help it learn to conduct successful conversations similar to those that occur between individuals.
The program is characterized by its ability to understand different words and provide appropriate responses to conduct a conversation naturally, supporting many languages including Arabic, and easily and smoothly providing answers to inquiries and posed questions.
