تمكنت أجهزة البحث الجنائي بمديرية أمن القاهرة، من إلقاء القبض على صيدلي مصري هارب من تنفيذ أحكام قضائية بلغ مجموعها 587 سنة سجن.
وكشفت التحريات الأمنية أن المتهم، وهو صيدلي مقيم بمحافظة القاهرة، صادر بحقه 388 حكماً قضائياً في قضايا «شيكات وتبديد» حيث تراكمت هذه الأحكام نتيجة تعاملات مالية غير مشروعة، وبمواجهته بالأحكام الصادرة ضده، أقر المتهم بصحتها.
وأفادت مصادر أمنية أن العملية تمت بناء على معلومات دقيقة وتحريات مكثفة أجرتها وحدة مباحث تنفيذ الأحكام بمديرية أمن القاهرة، حيث تم تحديد مكان اختباء المتهم وضبطه في إحدى المناطق بالقاهرة.
واتخذت الأجهزة الأمنية بالقاهرة الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحق المتهم، وجارٍ عرضه على النيابة العامة لاستكمال التحقيقات وتنفيذ الأحكام الصادرة بحقه.
The criminal investigation devices of the Cairo Security Directorate managed to arrest an Egyptian pharmacist who was evading the execution of judicial rulings totaling 587 years in prison.
Security investigations revealed that the accused, a pharmacist residing in Cairo Governorate, has 388 judicial rulings against him in cases of "checks and misappropriation," as these rulings accumulated due to illegal financial transactions. When confronted with the rulings issued against him, the accused admitted their validity.
Security sources reported that the operation was carried out based on accurate information and intensive investigations conducted by the Execution of Judgments Unit of the Cairo Security Directorate, where the hiding place of the accused was identified and he was apprehended in one of the areas in Cairo.
The security agencies in Cairo have taken the necessary legal measures against the accused, and he is currently being presented to the Public Prosecution to complete the investigations and execute the rulings issued against him.
