القضية التي بدأت ببلاغ سرقة فيلا الدجوي بمنتجع النخبة بمدينة 6 أكتوبر، تحولت إلى واحدة من أكثر القضايا إثارة في مصر، حيث تتضمن دعوى حجر وأكثر من 20 قضية قانونية متبادلة بين أفراد الأسرة.
في بلاغها المقدم إلى قسم الشرطة، اتهمت الدكتورة نوال الدجوي أحفادها بسرقة مبالغ مالية ضخمة تتجاوز 300 مليار جنيه، عملات محلية وأجنبية، إلى جانب 15 كيلوغراماً من الذهب ومجوهرات ثمينة من خزائن موجودة بفيلتها في منتجع النخبة.
وأفادت «الدجوي» بأنها تقيم بشكل رئيسي في الزمالك وتتردد على الفيلا بأوقات متباعدة، مشيرة إلى اكتشافها كسرًا بسيطًا بباب الفيلا دون وجود آثار عنف واضحة على الخزائن.
وتشير التحقيقات إلى أن الخزائن كانت تحتوي على 50 مليون جنيه مصري، 3 ملايين دولار، و350 ألف جنيه إسترليني.
بدورها، فتحت النيابة العامة المصرية بأكتوبر تحقيقات موسعة في البلاغ، حيث تجري أجهزة الأمن مراجعة شاملة للعلاقات الأسرية المحيطة بـ «الدجوي»، خصوصا مع أحفادها، في ظل وجود نزاعات قانونية مستمرة.
وأوضحت التحريات أن القضية قد لا تتعلق بسرقة تقليدية، بل تنبع من خلافات عائلية حول الميراث بدأت بعد وفاة ابنتها الدكتورة منى بشكل مفاجئ في وقت سابق.
تفاقمت الأزمة برفع حفيدها، أحمد، دعوى حجر على الدكتورة نوال، مشيرًا إلى حالتها الصحية الحرجة التي تجعل التواصل معها صعبًا، بهدف حماية أموالها وممتلكاتها.
هذه الدعوى أثارت جدلاً واسعًا، حيث يرى البعض أنها محاولة للسيطرة على ثروتها، بينما يدافع آخرون عنها كإجراء قانوني لحماية الدجوي.
وتتزامن دعوى الحجر مع أكثر من 20 قضية قانونية متبادلة بين أفراد الأسرة، تتعلق بتقاسم الميراث والسيطرة على أصول تشمل جامعة أكتوبر للعلوم الحديثة.
وكشفت مصادر أن «الدجوي» جمعت أسرتها في عام 2023 لوضع أملاكها في ثلاث خزائن، في محاولة لتنظيم توزيع الثروة، لكن وفاة ابنتها منى، أدت إلى تصاعد الخلافات، حيث يُزعم أن أطرافًا داخل الأسرة حاولوا الاستيلاء على جزء من الميراث، بما في ذلك أموال وذهب بقيمة ضخمة.
وتتولى أجهزة الأمن في محافظة الجيزة التحقيق في القضية، مع التركيز على فحص العلاقات الأسرية وتاريخ الخلافات.
وأصدرت النيابة العامة أربعة قرارات عاجلة، تشمل استدعاء المشتبه بهم من الأحفاد للتحقيق، وفحص كاميرات المراقبة بالفيلا، وتفريغ هواتف المتهمين، وتكليف خبراء بمعاينة الخزائن. كما أُحيل حفيدان للدجوي إلى التحقيق بتهمة السرقة، مع استمرار التحريات لكشف ملابسات القضية.
The case of Dr. Nawal Al-Dajwi, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of October University for Modern Sciences, is witnessing dramatic developments that have revealed complex family conflicts related to inheritance and money.
The case, which began with a report of the theft of Al-Dajwi's villa in the Elite Resort in 6th of October City, has turned into one of the most sensational cases in Egypt, involving a guardianship lawsuit and more than 20 legal cases exchanged between family members.
In her report submitted to the police department, Dr. Nawal Al-Dajwi accused her grandchildren of stealing huge sums of money exceeding 300 billion Egyptian pounds, both local and foreign currencies, along with 15 kilograms of gold and valuable jewelry from safes located in her villa in the Elite Resort.
Al-Dajwi stated that she primarily resides in Zamalek and visits the villa at irregular intervals, noting that she discovered a slight break in the villa's door without any clear signs of violence on the safes.
Investigations indicate that the safes contained 50 million Egyptian pounds, 3 million dollars, and 350,000 British pounds.
For its part, the Egyptian Public Prosecution in October has opened extensive investigations into the report, as security agencies are conducting a comprehensive review of the family relationships surrounding Al-Dajwi, especially with her grandchildren, amid ongoing legal disputes.
Investigations clarified that the case may not involve traditional theft but stems from family disputes over inheritance that began after the sudden death of her daughter, Dr. Mona, earlier.
The crisis escalated when her grandson, Ahmed, filed a guardianship lawsuit against Dr. Nawal, citing her critical health condition that makes communication with her difficult, aiming to protect her money and properties.
This lawsuit has sparked widespread controversy, with some viewing it as an attempt to control her wealth, while others defend it as a legal measure to protect Al-Dajwi.
The guardianship lawsuit coincides with more than 20 legal cases exchanged between family members, concerning the division of inheritance and control over assets, including October University for Modern Sciences.
Sources revealed that Al-Dajwi gathered her family in 2023 to place her assets in three safes, in an attempt to organize the distribution of wealth, but the death of her daughter Mona led to escalating disputes, with claims that parties within the family attempted to seize part of the inheritance, including substantial amounts of money and gold.
Security agencies in Giza Governorate are investigating the case, focusing on examining family relationships and the history of disputes.
The Public Prosecution has issued four urgent decisions, including summoning the suspected grandchildren for investigation, reviewing surveillance cameras at the villa, extracting data from the suspects' phones, and assigning experts to examine the safes. Additionally, two of Al-Dajwi's grandchildren have been referred for investigation on charges of theft, while investigations continue to uncover the circumstances of the case.
