أعلن الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، توقيع قانون فيدرالي جديد تحت اسم «Take It Down» أو «أوقفه الآن»، يفرض عقوبات مشددة على نشر الصور والمقاطع الفاضحة دون موافقة أصحابها، سواء كانت حقيقية أو تم إنتاجها باستخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
جاء ذلك خلال حفل توقيع قانون «تيك إت داون»، بحضور ترمب وزوجته ميلانيا، وهو القانون الذي ساعدت السيدة الأولى في تمريره عبر الكونجرس لفرض عقوبات أكثر صرامة لتوزيع الصور الحميمية على الإنترنت بدون موافقة أصحابها.
القانون الجديد يهدف إلى حماية ملايين الأطفال من الاستغلال الرقمي، حيث يلزم منصات التواصل الاجتماعي بإزالة المحتوى غير القانوني خلال 48 ساعة من طلب الضحية، مع فرض عقوبات صارمة على المخالفين.
ترمب وصف القانون بأنه «انتصار كبير لأمريكا»، مشددًا على أهمية مكافحة الاستغلال الجنسي عبر الإنترنت، فيما أكدت ميلانيا ترمب أن هذه الخطوة ستساعد الأسر على حماية أطفالهم من المخاطر الرقمية
كما يجرم القانون نشر الصور والمقاطع الحميمية دون إذن مسبق، سواء تم التقاطها فعلياً أو إنتاجها رقمياً، ويُعرض المخالفين لعقوبات تشمل السجن، والغرامات المالية، وتعويض الضحايا.

Trump described the law as "a huge victory for America," emphasizing the importance of combating online sexual exploitation, while Melania Trump stated that this step will help families protect their children from digital dangers.
The law also criminalizes the sharing of intimate images and videos without prior consent, whether they were actually captured or digitally produced, exposing violators to penalties that include imprisonment, fines, and compensation for victims.
