تعرضت رئيس مجلس أمناء جامعة أكتوبر للعلوم الحديثة والآداب (MSA) الدكتورة نوال الدجوي، لسرقة مبالغ مالية ضخمة وممتلكات ثمينة من منزلها في مدينة 6 أكتوبر بمحافظة الجيزة.
وأشار بلاغ الدكتورة الدجوي للجهات الأمنية إلى أن المسروقات شملت 50 مليون جنيه مصري، و3 ملايين دولار أمريكي، و350 ألف جنيه إسترليني، و15 كيلوغرامًا من المشغولات الذهبية، تقدر قيمتها بـ 287 مليون جنيه مصري، ما يجعل هذه العملية إحدى أكبر عمليات السرقة في مصر خلال السنوات الأخيرة.
وشكلت أجهزة الأمن بالجيزة، فريق بحث جنائي لكشف ملابسات الحادثة، وبدأت التحقيقات بمعاينة موقع المنزل، ومراجعة كاميرات المراقبة القريبة، وجمع الأدلة الجنائية، كما أجرى ضباط المباحث تحريات موسعة شملت استجواب الجيران والعاملين في العقار، وتتبع أي تحركات مشبوهة في المنطقة قبل الحادثة، تم تحرير محضر رسمي، وتولت النيابة العامة التحقيق، إذ استدعت الدكتورة نوال والشهود لسماع أقوالهم.
لم يتم الكشف بعد عن هوية الجناة أو طريقة تنفيذ السرقة، لكن مصادر أمنية تشير إلى أن العملية نفذت بدقة، مما يوحي باحتمالية تخطيط مسبق أو معرفة بمحتويات المنزل، حتى أثارت الواقعة موجة من التكهنات على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، إذ عبّر البعض عن دهشتهم من حجم المسروقات، بينما طالب آخرون بتحقيق شفاف لكشف مصدر هذه الأموال.
وتعتبر الدكتورة نوال الدجوي، المعروفة بـ«ماما نوال» شخصية رائدة في مجال التعليم الخاص بمصر، وبدأت مسيرتها في التعليم عام 1958 بتأسيس أول مدرسة لغات مصرية خاصة في القاهرة، متحدية منافسة المدارس الأجنبية.
