قضت محكمة الطفل بمدينة السادس من أكتوبر في مصر، بإيداع نجل الفنان المصري محمد رمضان، البالغ من العمر حوالى 11 عاماً، في إحدى دور الرعاية الاجتماعية، دون تحديد المدة، في واقعة اتهامه بالتعدي بالضرب على زميله داخل نادٍ شهير.
وجاء قرار المحكمة بعد الاطلاع على تقارير التحقيقات ومحاضر جمع الاستدلالات النهائية، والتي أثبتت تورط نجل محمد رمضان في واقعة الاعتداء، مما أدى إلى إصابة المجني عليه بكدمات وسحجات متفرقة بالجسم، وسط تواجد شهود عيان على الواقعة.
وشهدت المحاكمة، أمس (الخميس)، تغيب محمد رمضان ونجله عن حضور الجلسة، فيما حضرت والدة المجني عليه أولى جلسات محاكمة المتهم بالتعدي على نجلها.
ووفقاً لمصادر قضائية، طلب محامي الفنان محمد رمضان، تأجيل الجلسة، موضحاً أن الطفل أصيب بحالة انهيار عصبي وبكاء هيستيري نتيجة خوفه من المثول أمام المحكمة بسبب صغر سنه وعدم إدراكه لطبيعة الإجراءات القضائية.
تعود الواقعة إلى سبتمبر 2024، عندما تقدمت سيدة تُدعى رولا عبدالله، مديرة شركة دعاية وإعلانات، ببلاغ إلى قسم شرطة أول أكتوبر، تتهم فيه نجل الفنان محمد رمضان بالتعدي بالضرب على ابنها عمر، البالغ من العمر 11 عاماً، طالب بالصف السادس الابتدائي في مدرسة دولية بالشيخ زايد.
ووفقاً للبلاغ، وقعت مشادة كلامية بين الطفلين أثناء لعبهما في نادي نيو جيزة، تطورت إلى اعتداء جسدي أسفر عن إصابة عمر بكدمات واحمرار في الخد الأيسر، وفق التقرير الطبي المُرفق بالمحضر.
وأفادت والدة الطفل المتضرر أن المشادة بدأت بعد خلاف بسيط، إذ قال نجل محمد رمضان لزميله: «انت متعرفش أنا ابن مين؟»، ثم تطور الأمر إلى ضرب الطفل عمر.
وزعم والد الطفل، محمد سالم، أن نجل الفنان محمد رمضان تتبع ابنه إلى حمام النادي، وقام بحبسه داخله بوضع كرسي أمام الباب، بعد أن أجرى مكالمة فيديو مع والده.
وبعد خروج عمر من الحمام، واجه الفنان محمد رمضان، الذي كان موجوداً في النادي، وهمس في أذن ابنه، ثم قام الطفل علي بصفع عمر بقوة، وفقاً لرواية الأب في مداخلة تلفزيونية مع برنامج الحكاية مع الإعلامي عمرو أديب.
وأضافت والدة الطفل في بلاغها أن الفنان محمد رمضان كان شاهداً على الواقعة ولم يتدخل لردع ابنه، مما دفعها إلى تحرير محضر واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية.
كما أكد محمد سالم، والد الطفل المتضرر، أن ابنه يعاني من حالة نفسية سيئة نتيجة الحادث، مشدداً على رفضه أي محاولات للتصالح مع الفنان أو ممثليه.
وباشرت النيابة العامة بأكتوبر تحقيقات موسعة في الواقعة، واستمعت إلى أقوال دفاع الفنان محمد رمضان ووالدة الطفل المتضرر، وفي أبريل 2025، قررت النيابة إحالة الطفل علي إلى محكمة الطفل، محددة جلسة 15 مايو لنظر القضية.
وكشف الدكتور أحمد مختار، محامي الطفل المتضرر، أن الفنان محمد رمضان رفض استلام استدعاء النيابة مرتين، إذ أغلق الباب في وجه مندوب التحقيق في المرة الأولى، بينما رفضت مديرة أعماله استلام الاستدعاء في المرة الثانية.
وأشار المحامي إلى أن هناك شهوداً أكدوا مشاركة الفنان في التحريض على الاعتداء، مما دفع الدفاع إلى المطالبة بتحويل القضية من محكمة الطفل إلى محكمة الجنح لضم محمد رمضان كمتهم في القضية.
The Child Court in the city of Sixth of October in Egypt has ordered the placement of the son of Egyptian artist Mohamed Ramadan, who is about 11 years old, in a social care home, without specifying the duration, in a case where he is accused of assaulting a classmate inside a famous club.
The court's decision came after reviewing investigation reports and final evidence collection records, which confirmed the involvement of Mohamed Ramadan's son in the assault incident, resulting in the victim sustaining bruises and scratches on various parts of his body, with eyewitnesses present at the scene.
During the trial yesterday (Thursday), both Mohamed Ramadan and his son were absent from the session, while the mother of the victim attended the first session of the trial against the accused for assaulting her son.
According to judicial sources, Mohamed Ramadan's lawyer requested to postpone the session, explaining that the child had suffered a nervous breakdown and hysterical crying due to his fear of appearing in court because of his young age and lack of understanding of the legal proceedings.
The incident dates back to September 2024, when a woman named Rola Abdullah, the director of an advertising company, filed a report with the First October Police Station, accusing Mohamed Ramadan's son of assaulting her son Omar, who is 11 years old and a sixth-grade student at an international school in Sheikh Zayed.
According to the report, a verbal altercation occurred between the two children while they were playing at New Giza Club, which escalated into a physical assault that resulted in Omar sustaining bruises and redness on his left cheek, according to the attached medical report.
The mother of the affected child stated that the altercation began after a minor disagreement, where Mohamed Ramadan's son said to his classmate: "Do you not know who my father is?" Then the situation escalated to the point of hitting Omar.
Omar's father, Mohamed Salem, claimed that Mohamed Ramadan's son followed his son into the club's bathroom and locked him inside by placing a chair in front of the door after making a video call to his father.
After Omar exited the bathroom, he confronted artist Mohamed Ramadan, who was present at the club, and whispered in his son's ear, after which the child Ali slapped Omar hard, according to the father's account in a television interview with the program "Al-Hekaya" hosted by Amr Adib.
The child's mother added in her report that artist Mohamed Ramadan was a witness to the incident and did not intervene to stop his son, which prompted her to file a report and take legal action.
Mohamed Salem, the father of the affected child, also confirmed that his son is suffering from a poor psychological state as a result of the incident, emphasizing his refusal of any attempts to reconcile with the artist or his representatives.
The Public Prosecution in October initiated extensive investigations into the incident, listening to the statements of Mohamed Ramadan's defense and the mother of the affected child. In April 2025, the prosecution decided to refer the child Ali to the Child Court, scheduling a session for May 15 to consider the case.
Dr. Ahmed Mokhtar, the lawyer for the affected child, revealed that artist Mohamed Ramadan refused to accept the prosecution's summons twice, as he closed the door in the face of the investigation representative the first time, while his manager refused to accept the summons the second time.
The lawyer indicated that there are witnesses who confirmed the artist's involvement in inciting the assault, prompting the defense to demand that the case be transferred from the Child Court to the Misdemeanor Court to include Mohamed Ramadan as a defendant in the case.
